The technician, Robert, arrived on time, did a thoughtful inspection and confirmed the problem I was having with one of my fleet vehicles. I had my van back on the road quickly. Thank you McFarlands. I would use them again if needed!

I have an 07 dodge charger with vacuum leak and a bad plenum chamber. kept chasing one problem after another. Couldn't figure out what was up or down. Easy to get lost with a picky charger. Then I called McFarland Mobile Mechanics and not only were they able to get my car running again but better than it was before. Micheal the tech they sent out here to diagnose and repair... not only got my charger back running tip top but he also gave me a direction to follow to finish the job before something else breaks down. To that i say thank you to Micheal and thank you Mcfarland Mobile Mechanics for making our family life mobile and that much easier again ✌😁

I stumbled on McFarland's from driving around town in Salem. The idea of mobile services are so convenient and honestly really cool. I called to have A/C work done on my Infiniti, and the receptionist Amanda was very welcoming and speedy with getting me a quote and time to come in. I got lucky and was able to bring in my car the same day to be serviced!

I needed the system evacuated, I replaced the A/C compressor and brought it back later in the day to be refilled. I'm unsure if this is a common service provided by any shops in town as I had trouble finding one that would help me. The tech Brett made quick work of evacuating the system and then later adding new refrigerant. It's very clear Brett has a great extended career in the automotive sector! He's super experienced, kind and was able to share some small tidbits of information during the process. 10/10 I will come back when I need something that is out of my of abilities. Thank You!

Service is always top notch and I find their pricing to be very competitive. Best of all, they’ll work on your car at your home for a very reasonable gas/travel fee. Highly recommend!!!

The dash AC in our diesel pusher motorhome quit a few days before a big trip to hot country. Morgan was able to come and remedy the problem with a smile and great attitude. It blows colder than it ever did before! Meanwhile I remembered a crankcase filter that was due for replacement and Morgan was able to add that service as well. A tough job, the filter access requires removing a hatch on the bedroom floor for access. I'll be calling McFarland's again when I need service.

My car check engine light came on and car lost power. I called and they sent out Shawn, he was great. He Diagnosed the problem quickly and went above an beyond in repairing my car ! He is a great mechanic and quick. He is kind and very caring to his customers needs. I highly recommend him. An I will use him for all my car repairs. An will tell my friends and family about him.He is a great Asset to his company McFarland!!! Tamara Asher

The service provided to me by Brian was fantastic he got the job done very quickly and was very informative the entire time I greatly appreciate the communication of Alice and Brian while I was waiting for Brian to get there.

Knowledgeable mechanics and great customer service. I've had bad experiences with other mechanics but McFarland's have always been great and now I won't call anyone else!

Nothing but memorable customer service each time I ever need them for any service that they go out of their way to thoroughly see the job performed and done right and it keeps me coming back every time, I don't just trust anyone to touch my vehicles for any reason but they are who I go to every time❤💯

I'm impressed by how Jimmy handled this situation.

I took Jimmy up on the offer to contact him. Jimmy quickly owned the situation, made no excuses and offered to see if things could be re-arranged for an appointment today. I didn't want to impact or inconvenience anyone else so I passed on that offer but accepted a first thing in the morning (Saturday) appointment that was available.

Because of Jimmy's customer service focused attitude that came across as genuine and heartfelt, I've raised my review from 3 to 4 stars.

My hope is to raise it to 5 after tomorrow.

This would have been my 2nd time using McFarland's Mobile Mechanics and I was ready to give them an enthusiastic 5 stars based on my first experience a few months ago. Back then the process to book a repair for the starter in my car went smoothly. The reservation process was easy and I even received a call the next day asking if I was available earlier as they had a cancelation. The repair then was quick, and the interaction with the mechanic was both comfortable and with no hassles.

With that previous experience I was happy to do business again with McFarland and called to book a valve cover gasket replacement. There was an opening the next day in the 3 to 5 range. I took off work early to be home at 3 and waited.

at 4:30 I called to find out what was going on. It took a few minutes for the person to find my appointment and a few more minutes to discover that the mechanic "must be running long on the previous job".

Now I fully understand that happens and to McFarland's credit they offered to reschedule the next day. I just can't take any more time off work (yes I realize they could come to my office but there isn't good space there).

A simple phone or text message letting me know the mechanic was running late would have made all the difference in the world. It's hard for me to trust mechanics in general after getting burned a few times and I thought I had found a reliable one.

I have used McFarlands services twice now in the last 12 months and both time they were on time, quick to diagnose the problem and get me a quote for the repair. The first time I used them I had them do the repair and it was done in no time right in my driveway! The 2nd appointment I had a check engine light on that need a deeper scanning and they found the sensor that needed replaced, gave me a quote for the repair. I decided I could replace it myself this time. Very friendly Techs who come to you and they have all the tools and scanners a shop has. The cost was about the same as a local shop but the biggest difference was they got to me the next day that I called and the local shop was over 2 weeks out! Will definitely be calling on McFarlands again in the future!

Thank you to Jimmy and his amazing crew. Recently had been having issues with my car and went to a different shop to have it fixed well when getting my car back the check engine light came on and felt like the customer service wasn’t great at that shop so I called Jimmy and he told me he would look at it and help me out. They looked at the code, fixed it, and even went the extra mile to fix my radio since the fuse had blown.
Great customer service and put my concerns/needs first!

I called to get a quote and Jimmy got got set up for next day service for our f150 that sounded terrible and needed new spark plugs and wires.. They called and said they had an opening and could actually come out today (rather than next day) Brett (the mechanic they sent) called us and said he could be there even earlier then scheduledor we could keep our scheduled time. He showed up, was friendly, professional, honest and informative about our vehicle in general and offered valuable advice.
He did a great job! Awesome guys, great service, and at a very reasonable price. My husband was even impressed and glad I called(rather than wait on him to get around to it lol) Most quoted us insane prices and would have had us waiting no less than 4 days. I'd definitely recommend them to friends and family! I was very impressed definitely saving their number and look forward to doing business again :)

I reached out to McFarland's Mobile Mechanic on Monday 2.28.22 - My vehicle was making strange noises, I know nothing about cars, and mine wouldn't start to take in. We set up an appointment for someone to come look at it the following day. Tuesday 3.1.22 Brett arrived early, took a look and knew right away it was the fuel pump. He let me know it may be a few days to get the part and get it taken care of, gave me the quote and was on his way. He was polite, engaging, and very educated on all things Hyundai. 30 minutes later I received a call from Jimmy, the office manager. They could come fix it tomorrow afternoon if that worked. Cut to today 3.2.22 Brett, once again arrived early, very professional, fixed my wonderful car right up and she drives as if she was brand new. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with McFarland's again as from the office to the mechanics I felt completely taken care of. Car problems are always super stressful, and they definitely made my day with getting it taken care of and fixed so quickly.

I was having intermittent issues with my car starting and had it towed to a mechanic twice, only to have it then start without problem. And since it worked fine each time someone checked it, no one could figure out the issue. I called McFarland's, and they were able to send someone out the next day. Charley found the issue immediately and was able to have it repaired and back in perfect working condition within 45 minutes. I am so very grateful! He is an incredibly knowledgeable mechanic, and he took excellent care of my car. I could not be happier with McFarland's service!

I'm from Oklahoma, and it is extremely stressful being broken down so far from home and not knowing anyone. They were extremely busy, but they came out the day they said they would. I was stranded at a truck stop, and their mechanic brought the belt I needed and installed it for me. That allowed me to drive it to their shop (to find out why the belt came off) where another of their mechanics did some more in-depth work. Once they had diagnosed the issue(s), they got it fixed and I got on my way for even less $ than I had anticipated. If I'm ever in the Pacific Northwest again and need repairs, I'll definitely use their services. They were professional and courteous, which was refreshing after quite a few other places/people had not been.

I don't have enough words to describe how positive my experience was. My car was dead in its tracks at my apartment complex. I was about to call for a tow, a headache to schedule and not to mention expensive, when a friend of mine recommended McFarland's. I am so glad I took her advice. Charlie was right on time for our appointment, diagnosed my car in about 10 minutes. Bad starter. Gave me a very reasonable quote and said he could get it fixed right then and there! I was very impressed! He told me the repair would take about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. 1 1/2 hour on the dot he called to say he was all done! So easy! AND that's not all. He let me know that my battery was needing to be replaced soon. He offered to do it if I wanted but informed me how I could get it done for way less money. He did not have to tell me that! As a single woman I sadly have had a couple of experiences with male mechanics who treat me like I know absolutely nothing and try to take advantage of that assumption. Not only was Charlie efficient, he was respectful and very pleasant to work with all around. McFarland's now has my business from here on out!

I called the company on Friday morning.An actual person answered the phone asked how they could help.and I had nothing but pleasant experiences from there. I needed help with my RV not starting and they said the earliest they could guarantee was monday(which is totally understandable with it being such late notice) but then surprised me by saying if his guy had time he would send him my way towards the end of the day. They went above and beyond to at least try and help which is refreshing from any business now a days.

There mechanic not only made it to us on Friday but earlier then anticipated too.they called to tell me when they would be on the way. Javier is the mechanic and I would 100% recommend him and this company to anyone. They were honest with their prices and kept me informed along the way.

Very happy with my experience (Thank you Sam!). My RV has been down for the last six months and no-one was willing to look at it, or able to fix the issue. I called, was able to schedule something within 48 hours and Sam was on the spot, diagnosed and fixed in no time. Fingers crossed I wont need a mobile mechanic anytime soon, but if I do, first call is going to be to McFarlands. Mike in Keizer

Helped lots getting me back on the road, micheal saved me like 400$ diagnosing the problem and helping me get sorted 5/5 would totally use their service again
