Myself and another were just at the plaid pantry on 25th and State Street when going into the store having both our federally registered service animals with us, as entering the store we were asked to have both animals' wait outside. Upon informing the "manager," who asked us to take our service animals outside, that was there on shift that they both are federally registered service animals she proceeded to tell myself that my service animal could be in the store but the other service animal had to go outside because she had barked while we were outside of the store. Now how is it that because one service animal barks and the other one does not the one that barked isn't allowed in the store? When we all know that service animals will and do bark to alert their person for any and all reasons. I'm feeling that I may have to contact a legal representative to speak with them about this issue!

Their new female employee missing all of her teeth made several customers uncomfortable coming into the store including myself and then proceeded to kick us out and tell us she's closing the store that's open 24 hours but then p
Went on to helps certain people buy beer and but has me to leave. I think they should reconsider having that individual as an employee.

Cameron wouldn't even give me a quarter for two dimes & a nickel to finish my laundry next door. Then he refused my 3 bottle returns. I finally took him a 10 cent diet coke can so I could tell him how unreasonable he was being & he threw it high against the wall. I understand how difficult it is to work
in convenience stores, but really... Totally unprofessional and demeaning. Watch the tape Theresa, I did nothing wrong.

Made me break covid policy and remove mask. As a 40 year old man. The lady was extremely rude and obviously doesn’t care about people’s health.

Go anywhere but this store pan handlers at door . Very intoxicated and management doesn't care .
