Heading home to Pennsylvania my alternator began to die while on 84 west, I got off the highway, got directions to Chappell's and my alternator died in their drive way. Fortunately their mechanic, Charlie, was able to prioritize my vehicle and I was back on the road four hours later with a new alternator. Everyone there was super nice and if I lived in the area, they would be my go-to garage. Thanks again Charlie!

Chappell Tire fit me in at 7am, rotated fronts to back, and replaced 2 tires for me in 12 minutes start to finish. I couldn't be more impressed. Their service and flexibility exceed any experience I have ever had with a large chain tire company. I highly recommend Chappell!

If I could give Ray and the guys at Chappell more than 5 stars I would. They are the definition of what mechanics used to be. Respectful, patient, honest, and reasonable. I purchase all my tires from them and bring them as much repair work as possible. Their labor rates are incredibly reasonable and their tire prices are often competitive with the big-box stores. BUT unlike chain stores these guys are talented and consciencous.

Support mom and pop shops or big-box stores with crappy customer service will be the only option left.

My daughters were driving through Connecticut to college and got a bad flat tire. They called around to many places and couldn't find a place to help them, they finally called Chappell Tire and the folks there could not have been more helpful. They assessed the damage to the tire, got her a new tire and she was on the road again in less than an hour. Chappell tire excellent service and excellent customer service. A +
