Wonderful all around experience. If y'all ever decide to use JH,go to the one on Kingshighway and St Louis Avenue in the city of St Louis Mo. All of the staff are great, friendly, informative, very professional, kind, and courteous, especially Ms. Alberta. Shout out to you Ms. Alberta, you've been great throughout the years.

They have been consistent and they have been very friendly and I will be going back to them next year and I would recommend them to family and friends and other people who hasn't done their taxes yet

Me and my husband went in to this location today and had the most pleasant, friendly, and efficient customer service that you could ever experience. I am very happy that we decided to switch from Turbo Tax to this tax service. Wilma and Alberta are the best at making you feel comfortable and not on ease. All I can say is that my husband left VERY HAPPY and lord knows that he is a nonbeliever and hard to please, lol.
