Our technician, Joseph Pinheiro, was courteous, informative and worked fast and effectively. For the past couple days, we haven't seen any of the carpenter ants/bugs that were becoming a major issue inside our home, and we're feeling very satisfied with Terminix.

Service has been great from the start. Ron was able to come by the house quickly to give us a quote and arranged for our service to start within a week of requesting a visit. Our techs, of which I only caught Tom's name, we're very efficient and worked all day to get our exclusion service completed in the cold conditions. We will see what we catch when they come for a follow up in 2 weeks.

On time, thorough, informative, friendly and courteous. Person performing the inspection and the technician were very knowledgeable, not just some pre-scripted individuals.

Christopher Bates does his job above and beyond and he cares about the customers he services. If it wasn't for him, I would not give such a high rating.

I've been a Terminix customer for decades and have found that regular preventative treatments has kept my home free of pests. The company has been accommodating to me and the technicians that have serviced my house have been excellent.

Joseph Pinheiro, your service professional is - how should I say - very professional. I sense he has many calls but always made me feel i am his most important visit of the day. We routinely negotiate scheduling conflicts (and bugs) to accommodate renters concerns. He's a keeper. This is who you want to work for you. But my compliments only apply if he's servicing this area. If you relocate or dismiss him - hmmm I may consider another service. Please appreciate the talent you have. Thank you.

Andrew Herbes is amazing in addressing my homes needs, and he is very professional. He came out yesterday (6-21-23) to address a mice issue my home was having along with carpenter ants. He was very understanding and communication was amazing of what my needs were since I have small pets also. He was very responsive too! At 7pm I texted him letting him know of a good amount of catches and I asked if he could come out any time today 6-22-23. He made sure I was his first stop and put more traps down and removed the mice. I definitely recommend Terminix! Couldn’t ask for better service! Thank you!

My tech explained everything as he went along. He made suggestions and was very professional and efficient with the treatments he applied. He called ahead to explain his arrival time and was on time. He introduced himself, identified the company, and definitely made me feel confident that he knew exactly what he was doing and represented your company extremely well. While I don't like what my rodent issue was I am glad that out of many of the companies that I received quotes from I am glad that I choose your company to do business with. My brother uses your company as well and stated I could rely on your services provided, my tech confirmed by his actions what my brother stated about your company. Terminix has a great program and I have had it since buying my house, The inspectors are prompt and communicate the estimated arrival and also adapt to my dog. Although before buying my house, there had been some termite damage, the Terminix team remediated them and installed preventative baits. Every inspection has been termite free.

Very good at keeping us notified of when tech would arrive. Tech was thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. Explained what he was doing well.

We had a bees nest behind the vinyl siding of our home. Terminix was very responsive. They came out to the property to resolve the issue in three days from initial call. Service received resolved issue within a couple of days. Terminix followed up to see how service was and asking if there were any additional services needed.

Very responsive. Addressed all issues. Provided some helpful information on how to mitigate issues with insects around our property. Arrived on time.

Entire process was easy and would recommend. We decided to move forward with their quarterly plans.
