I loved my experience buying a new car at this shop! I felt taken care of every step of the way, like family! I currently live in NY, so I drove a bit to get the car in Springfield. I bought the car the same day, and came back a couple of days later to pick it up. Absolute put seat covers and had it waiting for my arrival. Well taken care of car visually!

After a couple of days, I noticed some issues with the car and contacted Absolute, the owner got me in from NY and taken care of the same day! The team is like a family and seem to really take care and consideration into their work. They truly value their customers and take pride in the types of cars they sell, I will definitely be sending anyone I know over to shop with them!

I purchased a 07 Honda Ridgeline from these guys back in March. Overall experience was great. Any issues I found on the Ridgeline, they were more than willing to fix and work with me. Never gave me any trouble with any concerns I had. I highly recommend these guys!

I found the people genuine and well-meaning, who try their best to make sure the cars they sell are fully serviced. They also give a 3 month warranty, that can be extended.

Best place to buy used good quality cars. I always buy cars for me and my family from here. Low prices compare to all other dealers. Very friendly staff and all vehicles they sell are under warranty with CARFAX report. Bought Toyota tacoma and Jeep Wrangler recently and i have no issues with them at all.

Great customer service. Open, honest, and detailed in all the information they give you. They definitely do what they say they are going to do. We Bought our 2004 F 150 from absolute motors could not beat the price .Truck was in great shape ,Anyone that knows these trucks knows they have their problems after the purchase the truck had some problems. Wonderful place to purchase a great quality used car at the right price! Mohammed and the other guys were very friendly and helpful. Mohammed guided me to the credit union where the percentage rate is awesome. If you want a place that is not pushy to sell you a car that is not the right one for you, this is the place for you!
