LITERALLY my one-stop-for-all.

I banked, I shopped for Christmas cards, I bought meds AND food.

The employees throughout the store we're so friendly and helpful. I couldn't have been happier today. 😊

My stop and shop hopefully it gets better they used to be phenomenal now hmmm that meat that be on sale be looking real nasty but hey work on that but stop putting manager special on nasty meat

I love the store but they seem to need more help but they do the absolute best they can with the people they have

My go to Stop & Shop, Shelves are usually stocked, no super long lines. Plenty of parking. Plenty of registers. Lots of sales. Sanitizer at the doors along with paper towels and a spray bottle. 👍

Best grocery store around during the pandemic. The Liberty Street plaza was very accommodating and top shelf. Clean and good customer service. Super clean during the pandemic. Kept the senior hours. Great management. Nice curbside service. What more could you ask for? Bravo

This stop and shop visit was exceptional. I went in for a few things and found them on sale or already at a good price, I saw a few other things on sale for good deals and picked up those items, too! The cashier was attentive and polite, as were the other customers (to me, it tells me how well the store is run; when customers are well taken care of by the employees, they don't feel rushed or stressed and are in overall better moods). A great trip to Stop and Shop today!

I just want to comment on how great of a cashier Michele was. I came in late night to shop and she was friendly, fast, and knowledgable. She also bagged my groceries the best I've ever seen. Hope someone can let her know she is appreciated. Thank you Michele.

I like the products available and produce at stop & shop. Also good sales. I suggest downloading the free stop & shop app. It has your fuel savings info and it gives you the weekly add info and additional coupons. All you have to do is select the manufacturer's coupons in the app you might use and they automatically get loaded on to your stop & shop card and applied at checkout, no paper coupons needed. It's great for extra savings with almost no work. Enjoy!

I love this stop and shop but your missing a few must haves. Hash browns, chocolate chip pancake mix and corn on cob , bananas & fresh strawberries please I said fresh I love the golden potatoes and pink strawberry lemonade

I have noticed that since the strike has been settled that most employees present a more positive and friendly attitude towards customers. I have had much better interactions and employees are more helpful.

The best grocery store in Western Massachusetts, bar none. Big Y is nice but it feels like a AAA baseball team compared to a MLB team (Stop & Shop). Great deals. Great inventory. Must have great management from shift & store level managers all the way to the top of Corporate. I will always do the vast majority of my grocery shopping at Stop and Shops.

Great customer service, cash tellers friendly, helpful, and direct. Also multiple do it yourself check out machines, so no needs to wait in line if limited on time. Great bakery, reasonable prices, great deals. Overall, great atmosphere to stop & shop.

My Sister and I spent the day shopping it was such a pleasant day.
We shopped till we dropped. From 9:00 12:30.
A wonderful sister day outing. We hit several stores...lol😂stop & shop was our favorite. We got everything we was looking for.👍

Was in & out. Only had one cashier open though. Self ck outs open. Like to go to reg cashier when I have more than a few items. Was lucky tonite. Didn't have to wait in a long line. If I have to shop, pay all that $ for food. I don't care to have to ck all the food out, & then bag it all myself, put in carriage, put in car, carry it all in the house, then put it all away! Still nice to have cashier do their job! & hopefully still keep their jobs! Self pay for me is for a couple, few items. But unfortunately since self ck out, there's fewer if not only one cashier open. But tonite I didn't have to wait. So my shopping trip on way home from work went just fine!

Relaxing atmosphere, friendly associates, usually always has what i want and or need. Worth the trip.

A good variety of food. They have a large Hispanic food section to cater to the local community. It is clean and well staffed. Produce is usually fresh and varied.

I can always count on getting in and out quickly here. Some products that I like aren't available but the selection is varied enough I can always find a suitable substitute. Parking is always good and the employees are always helpful and friendly.
