The staff are nice and friendly, helpful. The rooms are clean. The bathroom are clean as well. The parking lot is huge with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. The hall ways are clean.

Horrible Place.! You really don't want to take your Child or Baby here! I give birth and had my delivery at the hospital UMass in Worcester and when I went to the Maternity Ward today at the Bay State in Springfield it literally made me feel so bad and my heart bled for any woman that ever had to give birth to their baby there! It looks like a prison! I've seen detoxes that look better than that maternity ward! And if you decide that you want to take your child or baby out of there to get better care at a different hospital they will threaten DCF after you! Really I wouldn't even give them a 1 star rating if you didn't have to to write a review. . . They don't even deserve that 1 star rating!
