AMAZING SERVICE!!! I was in desperate need of a car to take to Uni, and back home since I commute, and every dealership had terrible options and their prices were outrageous. This dealership was so patient and orientful with which vehicle I could choose, and helped me and accommodated so much, I love these people with my heart, please check them out you will not regret it!

I brought my sons first car from payless auto and we haven’t had any issues with it. Its very affordable and almost good as new. Sohail and his employees were super nice and understanding of my financial situation and affordability and worked with my budget to get a car that my son really loves!!!

I recently purchased an Acura for my daughter, from Payless. The owner was very pleasant and helpful showing the different cars on his lot. My daughter fell in love with the Acura and the price was very good for this vehicle as seen on car facts. The car had new tires and exhaust. The inside was very clean and the engine was very clean. We decided to purchase the vehicle and the own ensured it to pass the state inspection and any repairs where paid by the own. Overall great purchase, great customer service, and great car. I would go back to them in the future to purchase cars for my other kids when they are ready. Thank You

I bought a minivan here. The owner was helpful, honest, and straight forward. He was accommodating in helping me get the car to a mechanic to have it checked out. And best of all, it was an amazing car, couldn't find a better price anywhere. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good deal!

Sohil and Ahmed were great! Very easy to deal with and honest. We bought a 2007 Subaru for our daughter there, and the experience was super easy. We got a great car for a good price, with friendly service to boot. I would buy from Payless auto again.

The inventory is online with good descriptions of the vehicles! The prices seemed pretty fair, but I didn't look at cars since I was looking for a SUV. The owner didn't hover over us as we looked, and was pretty prompt at helping us when we showed interest in a particular vehicle. He let us test drive alone with no hassle's.
When we settled on a choice, he was prompt to let us know he would fix anything wrong with the vehicle, and he meant it! He did fix 2 issues I found with no hassle. Something I was not expecting, but this is the first vehicle I've bought in Mass and there is a 7-day inspection law which helps buyers.

Now the negitive:
The lot is set off the road with a rather small sign, can be missed if you're driving! GPS will take care of that.
My biggest negitive, there is a sign in the office which says "There is a $200 dollar fee for paperwork, NO exceptions!" I could understand if I was financeing the vehicle, but I paid cash. I find that quite unjustified for filling out the back of a title and printing out a bill of sale!
