Our server was great and attentive, food was excellent, hot and delicious. Drinks were also great. Couldn't have asked for a better night out

Visited this location for dinner and was happy I made that decision. We were greeted and seated quickly. I went with my husband and boys. Neyda was our waitress and she was the best. She was patient with us as we figured out what we wanted. She was sweet and when we got out drinks and food she made sure we were always good and our cups filled. We ordered the steak fajitas (delicious), steak with broccoli and mash ( my husband was in heaven), double bacon burger ( my oldest was enjoying every moment of it, kids menu option mac and cheese with French fries and the triple pick of sliders, mozzarella sticks and boneless wing which my other son loved ever bite of. Definitely will going back since we had such a great experience with both the food and the service.

This was my families first visit to Chillis and this location specifically. Absolutely awesome! I was greeted promptly by the greeter who gave a 5 minute wait by time I got settled to wait I was already being seated. He brought to the table helped us set up a rewards account which automatically rewarded us with a free appetizer. Then our waitress who had awesome presence and kind and friendly demeanor came over to take our drink order food order and brought over free chips and salsa. Being our first time time she gave recommendations and honest opinions which leads me too the outstanding food great presentation we were soo full and had left overs. Lots of flavor everything was piping hot and if i had to pick I would pick all three meals again but the cajun chicken pasta is the one that stood out. Definitely made top 5 for quality and for all the food under $40 bucks

I have shared an experience with my children, grandchildren, nephew, husband and extended family including my son-in-law and extended family great family fun atmosphere. It definitely isn't chilly 🥶 in there. (No pun intended)

Haven't been to a Chili's for years. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. Parking was easy. The noise level was a bit high - my only real complaint.

Food is cooked perfectly, even the side dishes. Clean place. Great atmosphere. Great Staff. Our waiter, Victor, is excellent. Overall, for my experience, this is the best Chilies I have ever had. Definitely will come back

We've eaten at a number of Chili's over the years and always get our money's worth. I also tend not to review fast food restaurants. This particular Chili's distinguished themselves with the customer service they exhibited on a very busy, short handed night. That manager got the staff to buy into redoubled efforts and it showed. So if u find yourself in Costco plaza in W. SPRINGFIELD, MA, stop in and maybe you'll be rewarded with your own good experience. Oh! Foods good too.

What a great visit to Chili's today. We were sat in the bar and Christopher was our server. He was welcoming and extremely attentive. He took our drink orders promptly along with our appetizer order. Cheese bites appetizer arrived without the regular seasoning and he ran back and got it for us. Our lunch came out hot and as ordered. All of our food was good, the kids meal did look as though it sat under the heat lamp a little too long, and my kids are such picky eaters that she only took a bite or two even though she usually eats it all.

Overall a great trip, and Christopher really was one of those servers that made it even better.

Out waitress was overwhelmed and defensive mode... our chips came in right before our food although we reminded her several times 😔 we had asked for two bowls since we had a party of seven when she brought one and told us it was bottomless chips so that we really didn't need two at a time 🤦‍♀ the food was good but it was so uncomfortable being served by someone who obviously didn't want to be there.

Food was great 👍🏼 our waiter Victor was amazing, I need more Victor in other restaurants. Lunch $10 for my chicken fajitas 😊 not bad.

The food here was amazing and the environment was clean and well maintained and all the employees were nice and respectful

I was very pleasantly surprised with our experience. The service was seriously perfect. Day was our server and a young man was the host. Our drinks were fast. Our app and food was prompt and timed appropriately. She checked back (hard to find these days....). Just a lovely experience. Our food was delicious. We will definitely come back.

I Went in this past Saturday for lunch and had the best service. My best experience ever a Chilis. Everyone was pleasant and the food was good. The only recommendations I have for the restaurant is to clean the salt and pepper shaker and I'm not a fan of the plastic cups.

So I started the whole keto diet, and I explained this to our waitress, and she was so sweet and very accommodating that she went out of her way to make sure I didn't cheat. lol definitely will go back.

Its not very often I give a place 5 or beyond star service, but this place earns and deserves it !!! First off, shoutout to Daii and I love how patient she was with us and was willing to take a couple of pics of us and shes great at what she does and once again, shoutout to Deb and Kelly and you would think I knew them for 5-10 years the way we connected and I know its not often that they click with a customer so fast, but I'm grateful to be seen as special by them and glad that the company I was with, as well as a couple weeks before, are thought of the same way !!! Deb and Kelly, I cant tell you anymore how I adore you both and its an honor to know yall and much more so cross paths at the same time and in 2 of 3 visits in recent weeks, birthday month especially....stay wonderful lovely and sweet and appreciate you Daii !!!!!

We meet at chili's most of yhe time. Love the food. It's centrally located too.

The waitress we had was very friendly and so on point with everything..she deserved and earned the tip we gave her

Went there for a birthday lunch with my 3 daughters and grandson. The food is ALWAYS delicious 😋 I would recommend it anytime!

Very nice bartenders delicious food!!❤ plenty parking.
