Fat Tomato

Got the New York thin with half pepperoni! Great crisp overall and the crust had some nice crunchy bubbles! A unique but delicious tomato sauce and quality cheese!. The crispy pepperoni cups were perfect!
Added an order of fries with boom boom sauce…Sweet and spicy. Huge order and delicious! Also tried the wildflower hot honey that was really tasty and made for a nice drizzle!
Highly recommend checking them out!

Incredible food, Joe really cares about the food he makes and it shows. His pies are second to NONE! I have been stopping here every day since I discovered it. “The Cattlemen Pizza” is my favorite.

Joes pizza and grinders are so good that they have ruined every other takeout spot I used to go to. All the other places are basic compared to Fat Tomatoes!

If you like authentic Italian food you’ll love this place.

I really appreciate this pace. Actually avoided it for a while due to the prices, but glad I finally tried it a couple months ago. They really seem to put care into their creations and ingredients of their pizzas.

I've always done pick up and would recommend so it's hot. The crust is veryyy good but best when fresh. Also love the prices on their desserts in the case!

I've tried pepperoni, crime scene, and a white pizza... Loved all! We also tried a Sicilian which we enjoyed as well but is very hefty and only for rare occasion of craving that kinda heft.

Also, they've got some higher quality Italian items for sale which is always great.

Hands down the best pizza in Holyoke! Joe is a super nice guy who makes a point to know your name. I've never been disappointed by anything I've ever ordered and my wife absolutely loves the cauliflower crust pizza!

Incredible - can't believe I'm still in MA- pizza. I can't get good pizza in the hill towns, and usually wait until I'm in New Haven to get my craving. Fat Tomato was a lucky find. And the tiramisu was top notch. Owner/Baker super nice and will return whenever I'm in vicinity to make my errands worth-it. Thank you!

Must redo after 2 years. The pepperoni pizza is $$ 28 for a large. I was suspicious when I first got it. I loved it and I have continued to buy this pizza for 2 years. It is my favorite and the best in town. Fat tomato also has an excellent selection of to-go dishes for $12; two chicken Parm filets for that price is a great deal. And there are desserts for $5. Don't sleep on this gem. The pizza is cooked to perfection and reheats in the toaster like a dream.

Tried Fat Tomato on a recommendation and it was AMAZING. Best pizza I've had in the Holyoke and Easthampton area by far.

We got the "tour of Italy" and it was a beast. It must have weighed twice as much as an average pizza and was very filing. I can usually eat half a large no problem, but was only able to finish two slices.

That other review that said the pizza was nasty? Must be a competitor because everything was fresh and delicious. Pizza too salty? No way.

I also loved the crust. My wife thought it was a bit tough, but still loved the taste. We had a 20 minute drive home with it in a heat bag so I bet it tastes even better fresh out of the oven. Can't wait to try their sicilian!

I have never had such a delicious piece of pizza in my life. The red sauce tastes like it was just made. You can actually taste how fresh it is. The crust is perfect. Everyone has to try Fat Tomato and you will see for yourself what i mean.

Not only are the pizza and hero's amazing but do yourself the favor of going into the shop to check out their prepared meals/dessert. Right now they have gelato and it is so worth the trip. If you are looking to skip the crazy summer ice cream lines and try something that is delicious and freshly flavored, I highly suggest fat tomatoes!

Some of the best pizza in western Mass and the fried mozzarella squares are out of this world. Best fried mozz I've ever had, and really nice house made marinara for dipping. Excellent subs, huge for a good price.

Fat Tomatoes is a hidden gem. I’ve been coming here for a year for their prepared dinners are amazing - better than you’ll have at most restaurants in the area. Not just another pizzeria – excellent Italian food.

No exaggeration, this is the BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD! Desserts and salads in his fridge are delicious and delightful. We tried the grinders once. My wife loved hers, I thought mine was decent but average. The pizza is the real treat here, superior to all other others we have ever tried! I do not recommend ordering from the website. The "Slice" app is terrible, and you get overcharged. Just call in your order if possible.

Every time I eat here the pizza has been excellent. Their "Ma's Garden" pizza may be the best pizza I've ever had anywhere! It's a no-meat pizza loaded with lots of delicious sauteed veggies, pesto, and just tastes sublime (I love meat too but this makes you forget all about it!). They also have an excellent cauliflower crust you can substitute on any small pizza.

Some of the best pizza I've ever had. My coworker and I go in every Thursday for the lunch special. Two slices and a can of soda for $7. The slices are so big, you only need one each. The ingredients make this pizza. The flavor is wonderful and needs to be had by more people.

2/18/22 Edit: He stopped doing slices due to not enough being sold. Ended up having a lot of waste product. Food still amazing

These guys make a great pizza. Thick or thinner crust, flavorful sauce, chunky toppings - my new favorite in town for sure. They also have great take away meals, meatballs, etc. A must try for sure!

Great pizza and probably one of the best meatball subs I’ve ever had!! The crust on the pizza was what I’ve been looking for in this area! It’s even better re-toasted! We stopped in on a rainy Monday night and the owner was very welcoming! Outstanding little hidden gem! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just finished eating their 🍕 for the first time. I was VERY impressed! No it's not Capri or Italian Friendly. Both great places IMO. That home-made sauce and their crust was amazing! We got a tour of Italy and a Tuscany minus the Gorgonzola. My daughter's request not mine. Very nice people. A small can feed 3 with average appetites. A little pricey, however being from Holyoke and knowing how outrageous the rent is for a spot there, the only way they will survive is to price the way they do. I truly didn't think I would like it. Ordered it due to my daughter liking restaurants like this. Truly pleasantly surprised.

WOW! Best Gluten Free Pizza I have ever had!! This was a wonderful surprise in Holyoke. My husband had the meatball grinder. The kids had the bacon, chicken ranch pizza. Everything was delicious!! Can't wait to go back!

I cannot say enough about this neighborhood gem, The owners are totally committed to serving a high-quality product and they have some of the best grinder rolls in the area ! They are also super down to earth and generally concerned about your dining experience with them. If you have not had the opportunity to visit I would highly recommend doing so

I spend a lot of time and money looking for the perfect pizza. I believe I annoyed my husband very much as I dissected each slice and described in detail why this was a perfect pizza. I’ve spent over 25 years making them at home, and trying hometown restaurants. This place is in my top two. Done.
Advice: Annoy your loved ones, eat this food, be in heaven. Also, the price is unbelievably good. I love the spinach/tomato/chunks of a ricotta cheese mixture that are a bit sweet. This is IT.
