I can never thank the chicopee court enough for assisting me through a very difficult domestic violence, restraining order, situation. Im grateful to the judge the DA and the police for taking me seriously and while I wasn't able to emotionally handle the the legal process. I was provided the safety and advocacy that I needed to get out of a harmful situation. the clerks office is not the most helpful if you show up near the time they want to go home. I rec. going earlier in the day when the clerk can be present for your needs.

We all have a different situation, each one a different case and a different experience, mine I thank the judge for understanding my case as a person and as a human being.

This is the worst court especially the Judge she never does nothing about the domestic violence cases she always takes the attacker's side 2 cases there and both went no where I do not understand you would think she would do the right thing but nope shes awful. If you looking for help with domestic violence of any sort do not go in front of Vega she's awful and I think she hates women that's just the vibe I get from her. Because in both my cases the evidence is clear not just he or say and still nothingshe did nothing about it my cases I never heard back after just a few pre-trial dates and then they stopped not because I dropped the case because I had no intention of it I just never heard back.

I followed Chicopee Police directions try to get help but judge Beth Vega who new I was telling the truth showing no compassion or respect.. she said yo yo yo he's too cool to call the cops.. which horrified me I knew I had no chance of getting help after that I'm African-American defendant is white .. after weaponizing the defendant with harassment order against me after I informed the judge Vega that defendant has filed a multitude of false complaints with the police Chicopee Police I even had names and badge numbers of these police not only did judge Vega weaponized the defendant with harassment order against me but after it expired judge Tina cafaro gave him a 6-month extension on the grounds he needed help with his bogus complaint against me of putting a note in his mailbox which I did after he came to my house and requested my time when I had it she did not care after the 6 months expired judge William Rooney gave defendant another one year extension based on new allegations that never happened now I am on one year's probation and have to pay a $5,000 retainer for an attorney just for trying to get help on on a man who made an attempt on my life this is my experience with the Chicopee court system the clerk's office was very helpful the Chicopee Police were very helpful Chicopee court system drop the ball horribly..

They are very discriminatory against people with disabilitirs! Well 1 judge and her bailiff are I was discriminated because I had anxiety in the court room do to the bailiff bothering me making claims that I was clicking something when I had nothing to click i requested he leave me alone he did not which made my anxiety worse then the judge told me to have my anxiety outside like I can control it when her bailiff won't leave me alone! No justice will be found by judge vaga and her bailiff ever when they discriminate again disable people! I have tried to report this judge and her bailiff and nothing was done! Great system chicopee has!

horrible, disgusting totally rude woman who lacks compassion for those in desperate need. This woman is one of the main reasons people and families don't seek help when it's most needed. Total failure, sad.

Judge Lopez is not a fair judge she allowed someone lie right to her face and didn't look at the person history

The judge presiding over the court cases is very fair but the clerk's office is way out of touch.
