Falls Pizza and Craft Bar

Nice and clean place, large selection of drinks and foods. We had the house special pizza and the steak chimichurri, garlic fries are little over powering but still delicious, curly fries were good also . The service was great from the minute we walked in. Would definitely return.

Seldom do I review pizza places because pizza varies and it is individual as far as whether one likes it or not. But I recently ate at Falls Pizza and I really enjoyed our experience. The staff was great, atmosphere was comfortable (not loud and noisy which was appreciated- had expected it to be noisier like a pub). The Greek salad was one of the best I've ever had and they even had stuffed grape leaves on it-was plenty to share for 2-3. We also shared a combo pizza which was Greek style and very good as well. What sets this place out is the attention to detail, this is not your typical pizza place with cafeteria style settings-indivudual aluminum trays for pizza were very cool and silverware and glasses were of a weight reserved more for fine dining establishments. The lighting was cozy and the furnishings made me want to stay and relax. Another group was having a smaller gathering off to the side and there was also a nice bar area. Hoping to go back to try their full dinners. I hope this place is successful for I can tell the owners have a vision for what a dining experience should be like. Great place to gather to enjoy the company of family or friends.

Food was awesome, service top notch and the place is comfortable and welcoming. Can't wait to go back and try more items. Nice job everyone at Falls Pizza.

Haven’t actually visited falls but have ordered many times in the last month for just at home, when hosting parties and more. Every time it’s so good no matter what we get. At the party, people loved the pizza! Tonight my mom was debating take out and we told her no question, Falls! She ordered and just sent me a picture and is very happy with it. Thank you falls for always being consistent and delicious, you’re our go to now!

It was my first visit, and I'm from oit of town. The place looked good. The server was nice. They got our pizza order mixed up with another person's, and they made us a whole new pizza. When the bill came, the manager didn't charge us for pizza!! How awesome was that. I will definitely return on my next visit.

I ordered delivery twice now. The first time was a fish n chips dinner with sweet potato fries as an extra. The fish and fries were well portioned. Tartar sauce was excellent and i never liked tartar before. The sweet potato fries were well overcooked and mostly black. The second time i ordered i got a 16 inch turkey sub with onion rings and a sweet potato fries. I mentioned it to the hostess on the phone that the last one was way over cooked and she took care of it. This time they were absolutely perfect. They were so good i practically ate the box myself lol. She took my order and everything went fine. I look forward to visiting the restaurant very soon. Finely. I place worth ordering from!!! I have been coming here since they have first opened, from what was once a dingy dive bar with a checkered reputation remodeled into now what is an expansion of beloved Chicopee’s Falls Pizza. They have certainly made strides into being my favorite growing up now as a young adult from being here in its first week with much opportunity, with now my amazing partner years later, i hope and pray they continue to take innovation and to always remember to maintain that wonderful family aspect in broad perspective. The food is outstanding, i definitely wish they would bring back some of their awesome burgers and other items from the old menu, i can see that taking stride over summer, pizza has always been fantastic and will be taking one of their frozens to go. Now from my personal experience, staff has always been polite, courteous, and to the tea with customers and the service brought, very welcoming and should be appreciated and given the patience as such and then some. Overall along with the modern and generic atmosphere (not a bad thing, very comfy and stylish imo) I definitely throw this at a 9.8

i ordered two grinders and a cheese pizza and i was amazed by the prices!!

i ordered a chicken parm 8" grinder and an 8" lamb gyro grinder and they were absolutely delicious! the cheese pizza was very flavorful.
the staff was very polite and helpful. the atmosphere was casual and relaxing, and clean!!!

tonight was my first ever visit, and i will definitely be back again!!!!

We had had food from their previous place a couple of times but were not very impressed except for the pizza. But last Thursday we decided to try them again and WOW. The whole family LOVED LOVED IT!!! The food…pizza…service… AMAZING. The only thing is do not expect to watch TV. NO TV 💕. Family time😄😊

I’ve been to falls pizza at least 10/15 times within the last year or so. Usually we get pizza and wings or a grinder and it’s always amazing quality and done in a timely manner. The place has amazing vibes with a great esthetic. I always go for lunch hours during the week and the bartender/waitress Heather is always my server. She always greats you with a smile no matter how busy it is. She make’s amazing recommendations for food and drinks. I always tell her “just make me something yummy” because she’s always coming up with new creative delicious drinks. I’m never disappointed with the food either, the kitchen staff knows how to make amazing food. Over all a great experience. Will definitely be back soon.

My first time dining in at Falls. And what a modern attention to detail place. Servers are kind, fast. Delicious alcoholic drinks. My favorite was the espresso martini. And their gnocchi alla sarratina was delicious. Authentic fresh delicious food. Burrata with fresh bread was on a different level. Overall what a wonderful place for Chicopee! We needed this around. I will be back soon

I came here with my family after looking for a fine dine place! Wow what a job they did! Amazing food, drinks amd atmospehere! We will be back for this fine dine experience!

Food was served HOT 🔥 and wasn't a long wait neither. Friendly service and of course the food we ordered tasted very GooD. BBQ sauce was different but tasted so freakn GooD!! Chicken wings was great and the quesadilla was great and steak and cheese taste great as well everything was perfect that was served!! It was our first time there definitely going back to try their Pizza!!

This is the best place for ANY occasion. Amazing drinks and FOOD. I recommend this place to everyone and even bring visiting family. You just can't go wrong going to Falls!!!!

We had such a wonderful time at the bar tonight. The service was impeccable, our food was delicious, and the drinks were great. Reasonable food prices with quality ingredients. Such a nice spot!

The food and service were great and all of the staff were very nice and courteous. I will be coming back here 100% in the future. Spacious, fine dining, creative and delicious cocktails.

Super tasty pies in a laid back atmosphere, we have the bacon chicken ranch and 'Ths Salad' pizzas and they were both solid, The Salad was especially delicious.

I love this place they made my granddaughters birthday party so fun all the pizza was gone before the party was over it really hit the spot .
