I have to mention the person who assisted us. As two weary travelers on "The Pike" my wife and I became hungry and stopped at this location. We were a bit undecided as to what to get but Robin, who was working the counter, was both patient and friendly while helping us decide. She did a fantastic job of helping us and going above and beyond by checking on us after being served. She is absolutely the type of person the public should interact with and should be recognized for her efforts. Robin, YOU ARE A ROCK STAR!!!!! Great Job and Thank You!!!!!

The staff was amazing super nice and sweet like candy they will never let you down. The food was awesome the pizza was so delicious best pizza ever. The atmosphere was extremely family friendly. I would love to eat here again. This place is the best pizza place ever this place will never let you down. I would definitely recommend this place the best.❤❤❤❤❤

I stopped in to papa Gino’s on the Ludlow turnpike and was greet by Bonnie, Yvette and Robin. Not only was the food tasty but were so full of energy and positive attitudes. It really make my day!!!

I ordered through the phone and Robin from there is such an amazing caring worker she made my day with her kindness and helpfulness when it came to ordering food. I will definitely be coming back just because of her! she deserves a raise.

A young lady named Alyssa gave extra good service at the register during my recent visit. Being friendly and patient go a long way.

We have always loved Papa Gino's and wish they still had more locations. Pizza is always perfect and the only pizza our son eats!

Ok so ROBIN is the best plaza worker, papa John’s worker, all of the above worker out there! Love seeing her on the way back home from college. She is always so nice and personal. Can’t wait to go there again and see her. I think she def deserves a raise. The Atmosphere she has made has made papa John’s a way better place for everyone. Customer service is everything nowadays and she is the best. I have no doubt she increases sales a lot with her energy, smile, and happiness. She is the best ever! Shoutout to kind people like Robin for making this world a better place. ‼⛽🤌🏽

Papa Ginos on the Ludlow Plaza off of the Mass Pike is a must stop for some great food and some excellent service around. When Papa Gino's and DeAngelo's closed down on Boston Road it was a huge disappointment but to find their location on the pike is a life saver. The food is great with a wide variety of options to appease any guest that wanders in. The staff at this location always go above and beyond to meet the guest needs. Justin is a fantastic employee and deserves some high praise on his pure dedication to the job. You can tell just how passionate he is about his job and it was a pleasure to be able to interact with him and I look forward to seeing him whenever I dine there. I can see district manager in his near future!

Wish there were more Papa Gino's around. Sadly all the ones near me closed. The rest stop store is all we have left. Great customer service

Our server was sweet and cordial. Enjoyed seeing our three grand sons, having some of her own. She made suggestions regarding our order giving us the best deal for all of us. I, Terry, felt so comfortable with her that I even showed her the rest of our son's family!!! She made our stop even more enjoyable.

We went to Papa Gino's today, coming from a basketball tournament. The service was excellent, and the pizza was delicious. Good service to me is everything even better than the food. I really appreciated the hostess because, above all see was on point. Thank you for your service and the good food. We'd stop there again.
