Tony & Penny's Restaurant

Tried Tony & Penny's yesterday for the first time for lunch. Dined with my fiance & Father, who had been here before & had positive things to say. We were told that we could seat ourselves & enjoyed a very nice meal. The atmosphere was comfortable, clean & cozy. Specials were listed upon entering. Our waitress was friendly & pleasant. Service was great. My Dad ordered the Cajun swordfish, which he liked & had the kale soup with that, he also said was good, my fiance got the Roast Sirloin & mashed potatoes/veggies & a salad, he was happy with his choice, and I ordered the Chicken Francaise over linguine, and the chicken soup, which I enjoyed. Everything was delicious & freshly made, you could tell. Overall, I think Tony & Penny's is a nice restaurant that I would definitely recommend. They also have a private banquet room, for special functions/occasions. I don't venture out to Ludlow often, but I would stop in again, if in the area! Photo is of me & my Father.

One of the best places in town for Portuguese food for good prices. Usually a 30minute takeout wait. Great variety of dishes and each meal comes with a lot of food, they also haven't changed their prices at all while others in town have.

Our waitress was attentive and the food was wonderful. Nice and hot. We will definitely be back

One of the best places for take out, fair prices friendly staff their menu covers seafood to chicken, pork to steak. Tony & Penny’s serves Portuguese, Italian and American cuisine. One of the best Restaurants in Ludlow for sure.

Celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary here and the food and service was GREAT!

Fruit, Salad, Chicken, Beef, Beans, Rolls, Coffee...all excellent!

Very good food, Portuguese dishes as well American food. Waitress was very friendly. Prices are great and the quality and quantity of food was excellent!!!

We had a get together with family and friends yesterday after my step-daughter’s funeral service. My husband’s family has been having their family events at Tony & Penny’s for years. It’s a family tradition. Naturally, with the recent death of my step-daughter, my husband and I went to Tony & Penny’s to book the banquet room. It wasn’t available due to another event already taking place. Fatima went out of her way to accommodate us. She offered the dining room but it wouldn’t work due to the amount of people we were expecting. She then got on the phone to see what other venues were available. She tried the Polish Club, Fish and Game Club and one was already booked and the other venue wasn’t going to work for our group. She kept on going until she found us the Ludlow Portuguese Club. We can’t thank her and her staff enough for going out of their way during a difficult time. We just can’t say enough about Tony & Penny’s. They provided the food, linens and service. Everyone couldn’t say enough about how delicious the food was and how beautiful the Portuguese Club was. I would highly recommend working with Fatima to plan your banquet event. She really impressed us and went above and beyond. She made a sad and stressful time, easier for us by ironing out the details. We had a buffet that had a spread of meats, cheeses, salad, bread, stuffed shells, manicotti, meatballs, wings, cheesecake, chocolate cake and carrot cake.

I recommend this place, they are wonderful, courteous friendly and try to work with you.

Amazing Portugese food. Have been coming here for 4 years. A rare gem! Was worried since it has recently changed owner ship, but still GREAT food, service and place. I love this place!

I LOVE this restaurant! It doesn't matter what you order, it will be fabulous! The place is unchanged by time, kind of like going to your parent's house for dinner. It's cozy, comfortable and warm, clean and smells like dinner is ready.
One waitperson works the entire floor and the bar without skipping a beat...true professionals!
My only wish is that I lived closer so that I could go more often!

After our father's funeral we invited all to Tony & Penny's. Even with our large Family and friends and relatives, it was pleasant for all ages. Dad picked it himself, as it was were had mom's reception 9yrs.before. A special place.

Great Food and a friendly environment in the quiet town of Ludlow. Has become a cornerstone of the town with many years of great service.

Tony & Penny's Restaurant has excellent food. The atmosphere inside is nice and comfortable. We ordered Fish & Chips and Cod Fish Cakes for take out and it was delicious.

This was my 1st time here and we sat at the bar and the service and food both were amazing!

Awesome place for a nice dinner. Went out with a group of friends and were very well taken care of by Anna. Plan on taking leftovers home as the portions are huge.
The food was all great.

I had the Scrod Francais and think I got the whole scrod it was that big. I prefer more of a pan sauce. Theirs was a little thickened but still great.

We can't wait to go back again soon.

Simply stellar attentive service and delicious food! Attended a catered meal for a group and it did not disappoint! Generous portions, yummy desserts and perfectly prepared vegetables. The price was very fair for a multi-course luncheon. Our Southern taste for top notch sweet iced tea was delighted at this New England restaurant! What a pleasant surprise! Highly recommend!

The roast chicken dinner with the roasted potatoes is so delicious.

Food was served hot and tasty! Price was excellent also. The wait staff was very attentive and made dining a pleasure.
