Lou Rivers Used Cars

I bought a very nice truck from them. Super clean inside and out. Told them I was buying it and that it needed an alignment. They went above and beyond and replaced the brakes and fluids. Price was great and I love my new truck. Definitely going back and sending people there too.

Bought my first car from here when I was 16 and 4 years later it’s still running great! Would recommend to anyone looking for quality used cars.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This car salesman is ran by a family of generational degenerates. They take all their profits into MGM Springfield, they laugh about this during sales pitches, then tell you they will lose your money being spent on a car there, it’s mind blowing how many miles these vehicles have on them for the price he is charging!! He straight up said,” I have not done any work on this ford, so I don’t know what’s up with it, maybe my son does” . Scam! They do not do anything with the rmv and insurances so I don’t know why he is charging so much extra. Also, don’t try to give him your trade in vehicle . He will offer you peanuts then sell it for 15k. After giving you one.

Bought my first car here, got the car with a dent when there was none when I first saw it and put a deposit, paperwork got messed up, car title was canceled given the wrong title!!! some misleading information, would like to also mention that they do not do anything with the rmv like most dealers do. They also do not provide carfax for the cars. So if your alright with that go ahead a get a car here.

Bought a SUV there a few months ago. The day after we bought it we took it to a local dealer where they told me that they were three things wrong with the car. Brakes, struts and the racket pinion seal. Now Lou promise that there was nothing wrong with the car that he had his local mechanic check it out only to realize that there was plethora of things wrong. that Lou was really friendly in the beginning when he wanted to sell the car but after we told him the problems that that needed to be fixed his attitude changed. after waiting weeks to have her car fixed he finally fixed it with two different dealers only to get a phone call saying to pick it up in that big he was charging us $200. After we told him we were not he got very angry and threatening. he told us we couldn't have the car unless we paid the money however, he talked to his lawyer and his lawyer told him that he had to return the car because he was in fault. now I have video of us picking the car up and it's making an incredibly weird noise that it never did before. it sounds like there's a golf ball in the tailpipe going from one end to the other now I'm not saying he did this but there's a sound that didn't have prior to the car being picked up. This is something definitely worth looking into. I would say I would definitely definitely never buy a car from this man again. Run

Bought a $17,000 truck, went the next day to get it inspected, it failed for a tie rod, 2 maker lights, a third brake light, and it also had a rotted out transmission dipstick tube, after getting talked down to and told “its a used truck” by Mike rivers (who was super nice to me when i was buying it) didn’t want to deal with me anymore, said he wasn’t a “babysitter”, so i then started to deal with Lou, who was a little nicer about it, said they’d take care of it, after being sent to 2 different shops to fix it, i got it back after almost a week!
Now the steering wheel is off center!!
And something under the hood screeching every time i start it for the first 5-10 mins.
But my 30 day warranty is up...
If i could do it over, I definitely would not have bought this truck!
Would not recommend this dealership..
