Can't really complain too much about Palmer CVS. The store is usually pretty well maintained. Decent variety of merchandise. I also went recently to the pharmacy for my Covid booster shot, as well as flu vaccine & the woman who assisted me & administered mine & my fiance's vaccines was very kind & professional, although at first did comment it might "be awhile" despite us having previously scheduled our appointments. It turned out not to be a lengthy wait. The only things I honestly didn't care for is that staff leave products (to be stocked) in the center of the aisles, during regular store hours, which is not only inconvenient, but risky. What if someone, especially a young child, or elderly person tripped over your carts or items needing to be put away on the shelves? This is kind of dangerous really. Also, you have those seats near pharmacy for those who are planning to receive Covid vaccines, but they don't appear very far apart. Helpful if you're with someone else that you've brought with you to the store/pharmacy, but not a great idea for strangers to be sitting too close with the pandemic ongoing. Fortunately, nobody else was seated near me, except for my fiance, but had they been, I would've certainly felt uncomfortable. I do appreciate that you have a small, private area that's enclosed for those in need of vaccines, but it would also be beneficial to have a more private place for Covid vaccine customers to sit before & after receiving their shots. Even behind a curtain would be appreciated. It feels awkward to be waiting right out in the open, where many people, staff & other customers continuously walk right by you & often stare. This can definitely make for a more uncomfortable experience. Your health should be a private matter, and I would suggest adding another private area for those awaiting a vaccine, or following their vaccines. Thanks for letting me share. Public restrooms are available for customers & self checkout stations are also available. Store is also 1st floor & handicapped accessible, though I would exercise caution when shopping here, because of the carts of items left out to be stocked in the center of the aisles, as previously mentioned. Staff here are hit or miss, as far as friendliness. WIC/EBT accepted here also. Drive thru pharmacy too.
