First time even though I live 5 mins away. Young lady answering phone was very professional and helpful. Great personality.

Food was delivered in less than 20 mins. I usually order around 4:30 pm so that helps

Grinder was huge. (Lg size meatball). Two meals from this. It was very tasty. I love spicy so definitely could use more seasoning but delicious all the same. Bought a chef’s salad for tomorrow’s lunch looks great and good size. Comes with dressing and warm pita. Looking forward to it.

Best pizza sauce in Massachusetts. I've searched high and low, shore to shore, and I've found no pizza sauce as delicious as this one. I get it on my grinders, my spaghetti, my pizza (of course) do you're self a favor and try thisovely sauce. It's a game changer. Ask for a side of it for your apps, ask for it in your spaghetti, anything. You won't regret it.

This is one of my fav pizza joints. The fries are delicious and I would totally recommend the pepperoni pizza with extra cheese... 👌

My family loves this place. I discovered it whilst working at my previous job in South Hadley. The girls in our office ordered there several times a month. I brought a menu home about 8 years ago and my family has been ordering from there a couple times a month... I have never ever had an issue UNTIL recently! I don't know what's going on with the employee turnaround but it seems they cannot keep good help!

The girl who takes orders has messed up my ordered almost everytime I have called.

Tonight I called and she is just snotty and didn't even take time to repeat my order. I guarentee it will not be correct!

We really enjoy their food but they need to get it together or today will be my last order. I know I am only one customer and losing my business will not make them go bankrupt.

Hopefully management see this review and gets their staff trained better!

Everyone has their own idea of the perfect pizza. There are many different styles. I just want to say that this is one of the best pizza shops I've been privileged to live close to. I've ordered from them for years and they are very consistent. On the very, very rare occasion that there was a problem, they always made it right.

Our go to for take out! We've been ordering regularly for years and we're always satisfied customers. Today was possibly the first time they genuinely messed up our order and now I'm making a point to leave a review because he brought us the right food in less than 15 minutes, with zero hassle, and also let us keep the other meal. (It was our "usual," but we wanted something different today.) Tasty food, pretty much no matter what you order. Excellent service! Completely satisfied as usual!

I ordered a small meat lovers pizza tonight (3/11/20) and it was the best one I have had in months. I am a regular customer but was considering going elsewhere because the pizza's had become different. I don't know if they were trying some changes but please keep it the same as today. Thank you to who made it, it was worth five stars!

Hands down, best pizza in town. Delivery fee is amazing and when picking up, times are always accurate. Great crust, not heavy on sauce and pizza isn’t greasy and cook is always perfect. I will continue to order from them every time I have a craving for pizza. Can’t wait to try their other menu items soon!

The family has had pizza and grinders there a number of times. Food always came quick, hot and delicious. The staff were great and rather friendly. We'll stop almost Everytime we travel that way. Highly recommend this place! Also prices aren't bad!

Just had your pizza from your S. Hadley location and at first I thought we ordered too much pizza, but turned out every last crumb was gone! Best pizza we've had in this area. Reminds me of the awesome tasting Lucas Pizza from the old Caldors Plaza back in the day. Absolutely a pleasure to have finally tried your pizza. You just made a family of 5 permanent customers :)

Perfect Pizza. My wife was ready for her first post pandemic lockdown takeout, and she picked Route 33. They said 35 minutes, the pie was right on time. Sausage, Onion, Green Pepper, and Mushrooms. Not too much sauce, correct amount of toppings. The crust is crispy, just a little chewy, and it's a standard thickness. The large will feed ya real good, with some left over for lunch tomorrow.

Route 33 is one of our family favorites. Tuna melt special, sliced steak on garlic, awesome fries, and cheese garlic wheel, are our favorites😊

last time steak and griander, was messed up. tonight they close at 9, and stayed later for me, and made perfect griander, 5 stars.

You can’t find a better, higher quality, or more delicious and affordable salad! We got Caesar and Greek salads tonight. They were fresh, massive, and full of all of the goodies that you expect in a loaded salad!

I have recently returned to the area and tried several local restaurants that deliver. First of all, the quality of their food is stellar. They are always kind and courteous and extremely expeditious. I recommend Them highly
