Great place to work out. Staff is very friendly. Would not go anywhere else. Our favorite place for our work out.

The main reason I was interested at this place was the child care option for up to 2 hours. They offer group fitness with your gym membership. The locker rooms are clean. They have a women's only area which is very interesting. It seemed peaceful no loud sounds like weights dropping or men grunting. We had a friend who says its really peaceful and the members are nice.

This review is an update from my ** bad experience 3yrs ago. Now they deserve 5 stars! There have been a lot of good changes. The front staff is amazing! The new daycare is a huge improvement from what it used to be. I like that my bigger kids can be in the same room as their toddler brother. It makes him more comfortable and I get to workout as long as I need. Before, my son was in the baby room and cried so much that I had to cut my workout short every time. The daycare has so much to keep kids of all ages entertained. The whole gym and daycare is clean and equipment is maintained. Everyone here is on top of it! I've been recommending this place to all family and friends in the area.

I LOVE my gym! I take all the classes Karin has. She values a healthy lifestyle and helps you see the joy in taking care of yourself. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly from the front desk to the managers, Claudia and Eddie. Highly recommend this non hyped up gym. It's comfortable and affordable! Plenty of room for everyone and includes a huge gym, small yoga studio, ballroom for additional classes, and trainers.

Great gym for the price can't beat it!! The classes good some are better than others but thats usually how it goes. Very clean facility. The child care staff are friendly and good with the kids. I love it! Great gym for a family on a budget. I just wish they had more throughout the city.

Very friendly staff, always greets you when you come in and when you leave, and I really like that it has a private women’s area.

They just hot new equipment that has been a huge improvement. I like the classes they have available, and they have friendly staff that always great you when you enter. It's a great gym!

I think it's a great place if you're not to use to a bunch of people.....staff are nice and they have a small women section if you want a bit more privacy....

I luv it! I have so many good things to say that the ppl r so friendly. I love the wemons only room is so clean! I have tried to find another gym closer to me but no luck! So I will just keep making the drive! Cause u can't beat this place!!!!!! (Pixs of the wemons fitness center)

Ok to my gym to work to feel good I'll talk to you give you a good stretch with these classes I like yoga and all kinds of good stuff the next door it's the clinic and there I see my physical doctor the very good thing when you have a appointment there eat doctors next door like you just have a good workout and you just walk to the next door Aulani car so we just to have your appointment you can use your wonderful legs and walk to Next Door😁😁😁😁😁

Nice gym, pretty small but has most of what you need. Basketball court, free weights, treadmills, kids club

Such a nice place to workout, friendly staff, and extremely clean facility. Highly recommend.

I appreciate this gym because they are one of the few that has child care while you workout!

Friendly staff! Free weights and weight machine areas are really compressed together but the indoor basketball courts are really nice.

Staff is wonderful, gym is clean and I get to work out while my son plays basketball on their great courts!
