I came to Center for Vein Restoration cautious and weary after enduring poor care from a prior vein specialist.

When making my appointment it was easy and I was able to be seen in a couple days. I was greeted in a friendly way and had had no wait in the lobby.

Adelina - ultrasound technician was impressive with her bedside manner and kindness. Marlene, nurse was helpful in answering questions and listening to my concerns. I am very grateful to Dr Kim for her conservative approach and explanation in regards to what brought me to the office.

I am fairly new to AZ, and needed a vein doctor. My doctor in MD referred me to Dr Morrison. From the very first visit I was very happy and satisfied. Everyone member of his team is very nice, courteous and respectful. They take their time and listen to any concerns you may have. Dr Morrison is a true professional in every sense of the word. He makes you feel comfortable, and he is caring and explains all procedures and everything that is happening. He calls the next day to see how you are feeling. That not only makes him a great doctor, but a compassionate person. I would recommend this practice and doctor to anyone who may need vein treatments .

I have had issue with my legs for most of my life and never realized something could be done to help me. I had 4 different appointments and several follow up to make sure everything was fine and no clots. Dr Morrison and his staff were great! I would highly recommend this clinic.

Dr Morrison did such a Fantastic job. I had to get 3 forms of treatment, sclerotherapy, phlebectomy and RFA. I suffered from constant pain, swelling & bulging veins. After treatment the 1 month follow up I have lost 2" diameter swelling in both legs and I actually have ankles again. I would totally recommend The Center for Vein Restoration

My husband is a patient of the CVR and assured me I was in good hands. However, I have an injection phobia and was still terrified at the thought of seeing a vein specialist. The staff were comforting and helpful in relieving a portion of my anxiety. Remarkably, Dr. Morrison came in and immediately addressed the elephant in the room, my fear. He was extremely focused and calming as he addressed my numerous questions, as well as, my options. He was direct and very confident in his ability to help me and detailed in how he would do so. He and his wife, Terri are outstanding professionals and have earned my trust.

Dr. Nick Morrison takes the time to explain treatment options & medical reasons for said. Staff are sensitive to cost associated with treatment & provide the patient with out-of-pocket, if applicable, fees on first assessment visit. Terri Morrison was excellent in completing my treatment, sclerotherapy. She explained the details of the therapy, what to expect. I appreciated her knowledge & expertise. Terri M. was detailed focused. She has such a happy & joyous demeanor that the entire process was pleasant. The practice has developed a single page document explaining specific recommendations, post treatment, to ensure a positive outcome. Wonderful experience as I place complete trust in Dr. Morrison & Terri and each of the medical professionals at this practice.

I’m a new mom and my postpartum legs showed some visible varicose veins and spider veins. They also started to swell and ache quite a bit last summer. I went to a consultation with a different office, and did not feel heard or understood. I am so grateful I didn’t give up on my legs and found THIS office! Dr Morrison, Terry, the sweet front desk ladies, and the ultrasound techs are all amazing. I felt listened to, was treated respectfully, and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and educated. I had anxiety surrounding my procedures but the entire office was so caring. The varithena and sclerotherapy treatments were always quick and easy. My legs not only feel better but LOOK so much better! I am happy with the results, and better understand the nature of veinous insufficiency and how to combat it in the future.

I was super nervous and scared to do this procedure but now that I'm done I wished I'd done it sooner. Dr Morrison was amazing. All the staff are super nice and helpful. Great experience. I would recommend anyone wanting any vein treatment done to go see Dr. Morrison. Great guy he's good at what he does.

Was very impressed with my entire experience with CVR. First of all I went to a building I knew to be there a long time and expected the interior to be run down. It was as fresh as if it had been built yesterday. The entire facility was that way. The online scheduling, registering and check in were highly streamlined as was every step of my visit. An absolute model of efficiency and professionalism..

Honestly, everyone from the front desk staff, ultrasound tech, medical assistant, doctor, etc. went above and beyond. Not only were they very pleasant to talk with, but they were all very doblegable and cared about their individual crafts. I will definitely be back.
