Harbor Freight Tools

This place is a godsend for independent mechanics and those under financial pressure. I've always gotten good deals here on tools that can do the job for what projects I take on. I recently bought tire irons here for 7 bucks a piece. O'Reillys lists the same brand tire iron at a price of 36 dollars. Always check harbor freight first!

This store always has the best deals on things you need and tools. I got injured and couldn't walk and I had a scooter and a ramp and I needed something to carry the scooter around and they worked with me with buying the carrier and I had a trailer hitch installed but they shouldn't have installed it it's car it can't hold anything and it wasn't high enough for the carrier and they did so many things to try to get it to work and get higher off the ground. I ended up having to really turn everything. And there was never an issue nor a problem they have the greatest attitude and customer service.

Recently I bought a warrior drill and a little case of drill bits and things I needed. Well I dropped the charger and doesn't work and I didn't have the receipt and they couldn't find me in the computer when I called.
I went in to buy a new battery charger and just ask the girl to pull me up by name. She found my account and my phone number so I'm not sure what happened when I called they couldn't find me.
All I have to do is bring back the whole drill and battery charger and I get a whole new set.

Love harbor freight. At times it can be tough to find the item you're looking for, but the prices can't be beat and the staff are always friendly. There always a sales going on too!

Had what I needed. Price of the tool was great this store is closer for me but they do have another in West Springfield. Great spot for cost effective tools if your tackling something new. Warranty policy is also great if you purchase.

Good stock, well organized and clean. Nice store! My only gripe is how their prices have increased 50%+ over the last several years and they even stopped the little freebies and frequent "% off" coupons. But that's not the stores doing.

They really do have good prices on stuff. You know things may not be as good quality as the name brands but they still get the job done. Some things are not even worth buying at the name brand stores because either you not going to use the tool a lot or the quality is so similar you might as well just get it at Harbour Frieght. I love that this store is an option. Take advantage of the deal when you can.

Recently purchased a floor jack at the East Spfld store the manager Paul was extremely helpful I have a weight limit and was not able to pick it up. Not only did he put it in my cart he also put it in my truck after I paid . Great experience !!!

Love the great service at every Harbor Freight I've ever been in. This Springfield Mass store and the West Springfield store have always had people readily available to help me. Great shopping experience. The products are what they are. Most folks know what they are getting here. My experience with the tools I've purchased has been mixed but I've had no out right failures.

Best price I have seeing so far in a hardware store. Great to come and find what you are looking for. They have all the tires for my hand truck. I was happy to find what I needed.

Great service! I just had all my tools stolen and the associate took the time and looked for as many coupons he could and applied them saving me over $60.00!! Great service I cannot complain!! Yes icon does run short but everyone is buying it out.

Nice place to grab tools, cases, equipment. Plenty of parking, easy to get into & out of with a good selection.

Note, the Apache cases are often less than half what they would be if you purchased them on that website named after the large river in the Amazon. And Apache cases are often already half what a similar Pelican case would cost!

Great place to buy medium duty tools! Even they're heavier Duty tools do come with a guarantee, which affords replacement, if it breaks.

I tried and I tried and I tried after having a trailer hitch put on my car that harbor freight tried everything they possibly could but it would not work because you can't put a trailer hitch on a car. A sustaining hitch is too low to the ground because you don't put trailer hitches on cars. Thank you harbor freight for everything you did unfortunately it didn't work out but you guys were very grateful and still very thankful even though I returned everything

Quality w decent warrantees, reasonably priced, good selection, very clean store n well laid out. They walk you to your product n explain diffs n answer questions if you ask for help vs just give you the isle #. Manager checks in if they see you looking lost. Best service!! Love this place ❤

This is a great place to get a tool that won't break the bank. Completely mixed bag on quality but I have a bunch of stuff from here that's pretty good. I love having an alternative to big boxes in the area.

Has so many tools I wouldn't have thought they carried for a very affordable price. Organized, clean and check out gal was nice and friendly.
