Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I didn't catch the name of the server, but she was also the bartender (wore glasses) and was one of the nicest people who gave some of the best service I've ever received. People like her are an asset to the service industry and keep customers coming back!

Great food. The waitress was very courteous and polite. The atmosphere was very nice. I definitely would go there again, and would recommend it.

My colleague and I stopped here for dinner. We sat near the bar and had Mary for a server. We both ordered meals with several modifications. The food was perfect. I ordered a drink and she made it better than some restaurants at triple the price.

I am giving Brianna the manager at the Holyoke Red Robin five stars. We placed an order over the phone I think the call went through India. It did not go directly to the restaurant anyway it was completely wrong. She was so nice about it and refunded the 60.00 dollar bill. Thank you you are a great manager.

Was pleasantly surprised with my experience here. The food was to be expected delicious Burger I had the Blue Ribbon Burger which hit all the gluttonous aspects I was seeking. The real star was our waitress middle-aged woman who provided stress free meticulous service.

As a Canadian living in Ontario, we don't have this restaurant around at all. So when preparing for my weekend and a half trip to the USA, I visited the area online and saw this place! it looked great, and after visiting, I can agree to just that!

The server Martin was very enthusiastic, and very sweet! He took mine and my friend's orders so quickly and efficiently, with a great attitude. Almost thought I was back in Canada again with that whole "nice" stereotype we have!

The food was great! I enjoyed the onions rings very much, not really expecting such a big tower. My burger as well was delicious, I had the pleasure of having the Whiskey River BBQ burger and the sauce was very nice. Along with a root beer float, it was a nice way to end my first day in the USA.

Every time I eat here it's a great dining experience. The staff is friendly, the food is iconicly Red Robin. I can't think of a reason why you shouldn't eat here. Unless you're not hungry; in which case you might want to wait until you're hungry before going here to eat. Actually, then again they do have a bar, so you could go here just for drinks.

I love Red Robin! Great food, great service. The restaurant was clean. There's plenty of parking! The prices are good and the food came fairly quickly. I'll definitely be back!

My Neighbor took me here for Lunch. I still love coming here. The Setver that took care of us was awesome. I can't remember her name. Short blonde lady with glasses. The food was really good.

Been here several times and it’s always been great! We stopped by for my Bday burger and our waitress was very nice and attentive! Definitely a location we like visiting!

Delicious cheese burger, drinks was on point. Atmosphere is nice and welcoming . Store interior was clean , kept up to par , definitely will return for future service

Lunch visit - first time here. Brightly lit, very spacious, lots of booths. Had a bacon cheeseburger and fries. Service was stellar; our server could easily fit in at a high end restaurant. She was prompt, not intrusive, and had a positive energy. The burger was ordered not pink and despite that, was still very juicy and flavorful. Steak fries were good, but not great. I appreciate the thinly sliced tomato, shredded lettuce and generous but not overdone mayo. There are a zillion burger places out there and they all try too hard or are fast food.
Go here, you won't be sorry.

Red Robin in Holyoke is a good choice for your dining needs. On my last visit, Mary, our server, was very prompt with taking our order and returning with our drinks. Another server brought out our food to ensure it was served hot, as Mary was busy taking another tables order. The teamwork at this restaurant really does help to create an enjoyable dining experience. I enjoy their Bacon Cheeseburger with steak fries on the side. I've been here a few times. The staff is always exceptional. Great food, fast service. The decor is always something to look at.

So here is an update on our return visit once again it was an experience thanks to our waitress, Delilah. we were served plates that didn't even look like they were washed at all she brought them back and made sure that it was taking care of she is absolutely amazing. Thank you so much, Delilah 💓

Really delicious, chicken was hot and fresh, and the garlic fries are really worth trying. Our waitress was so friendly, I would come here again!😊

Ordered for takeout. Food was ready relatively quickly and the burgers were actually cooked perfectly. Most locations seem to really kill the meat even if you order it "with pink", but this place was spot on, perfectly medium rare, perfect amount of sauces and mayo and egg and cheese, just seriously perfect combo of everything. Amazing meal to end the night. Compliments to the chefs. Will be back next time I'm in the area.

Best burger I had in a long time. Great customer service. The manager brought over the food and ensured that everything was good twice. Plus the best part was that we seated in the area for just Adults, lol by the bar ;-).
