Huge 2 level B&N. Sooooo many books and gifts. Starbucks Cafe has lots of drinks and snacks. Child area has a great selection too.

I haven't been there in years it looks better than before and staffing welcomes you. They did a 360 I will be coming more often. deals are great what ever your looking for from novel to drama to nonfiction to fiction they have you ask you shall receive Barnes and noble is doing it big this time around. I'm loving it

Got what i needed. Great selection. Checkout was backed up but got through relatively fast. Not a fan of them pushing the rewards. At least the checker i had backed off when i said i wasnt interested. I heard a few others not listening to the customers trying for the upsale.

Just had an amazing experience at the Barnes and Noble café in Holyoke, MA! The barista, Joe, surprised me with a handcrafted coffee, and it totally made my day. It’s the first time I’ve received such a thoughtful gesture without even asking for it. Shoutout to Joe for making my visit extra special! ☕😊

I love Barnes and Noble and this one in Holyoke compared to one I Hadley is far better. A lot of people in this one vs the one in Hadley which was very very quiet and barely anyone. Fully stocked on everything again unlike the one in Hadley. Would definitely travel the distance to come to this one vs the one in Hadley This location has an excellent selection of just about everything from (of course) books, Legos, funko pops, stuffed animals, puzzles, pusheen and kids toys.

I have always loved this bookstore! I have taken my kids here when they were little and spent hours here! Still as great as it was back then!🥰

This is two floors of book bliss! Friendly staff, great selection, very clean and organized, even hand written cards promoting some of the books on the shelf. My dad and I loved it and will be back!

I like this bookstore, you can enjoy reading books while drinking a cup of coffee. Also, it has two floors and a huge variety of books.

If you've been to a B&N then you should be used to the open space, book variety, toys, and helpful and happy staff. This location has an upstairs so double the time you'll wander around. They have Starbucks so you can sustain while you down the day finding your next reads.

Really clean and organized book store with a built in Starbucks. Nice to just browse with a coffee and see what you might find. They also have games and a big kids section. Happy to see they are still in business locally.

We have visited many other locations and "ours" in Holyoke is the best!! Thanks for being a bookstore we love returning to!
