I absolutely recommend! If you want a unforgettable moment Mainleys is it. I had the pleasure of using them for my daughter's prom with a group of friends and the experience was incredible. Let's just say she will always remember her prom entrance! As for customer service I cannot rave enough. The whole process was easy, accommodating and communication was impeccable. As for the horses... STUNNING! Thank you again and when she decides to get married we will absolutely be contacting you and you only!

Mainley Drafts made our wedding a dream come true. Keith was so great to work with. They had lights for the evening ride, and even had a blanket for us as it was December evening. We cannot recommend them enough!

Mainly Drafts brought our daughter and newlywed husband from the church to their picture spot then on to the reception, it was beautiful. Keith the owner takes amazing pride in being professional, ,keeping his equipment in tip top shape, and most importantly his horses are treated like family. The day of our daughter's wedding was a rainy day and not only did Keith stand professionally in his tux in the rain the entire time , while the newlyweds were protected and comfortable in the beautiful covered carriage Keith was totally exposed to the rain and he still he gave up his umbrella to the bride and groom as they went for their pictures. It was a great experience and I would recommend Mainly drafts to anyone.

Before I say anything, I must state that this is the first review I’ve written for any service. However, after the beautiful experience my boyfriend and I had, I knew I had to share. My boyfriend surprised me with a horse-drawn carriage ride for our anniversary. We went along a beautiful, scenic route that captured the colorful essence of fall. It honestly felt as though we were in a movie scene. We seemed to be in a rural town where most people know each other. It was very refreshing to see how kind people were waving and saying hello. We had the pleasure of meeting Keith, as he was the one guiding the horse, Harry, and who teaches/cares for of all the horses. In conversation, it was quite obvious how much Keith cares for his horses and his business. He truly was a genuine guy and it was very nice talking with him. Although it took an hour and a half for us to drive to Ludlow, MA, we would absolutely do it again because of how perfect the experience was.

We absolutely recommend Mainely Horse & Carriage! My husband booked them for our wedding as a surprise (which I figured out 2 weeks before the wedding). It could not have been a better experience. Mark (the horse) handled walking down a busy road with ease & the staff were so accommodating! They did travel to CT which was huge considering my husband had called 3 other companies who all said no! This is a memory we, as well as our guests will never forget!

He asked me to leave this review as he was extremely pleased with the punctuality, communication, professionalism, and overall experience he had with Keith. The horses looked great and the guests thoroughly enjoyed the experience!

When we arrived on a chilly yet bright sunny day, the ride was ready. Keith was warm and friendly, Mark (the horse) was big and strong and obedient. We strolled on the Lyon St and a neighboring St for about half an hour one way and returned back the same way. It was a beautiful ride, little more chilly on our way back though. Thankfully Keith had suggested us to bring a blanket and we were prepared for the ride - nice and memorable.

Keith is a straight shooter. Clear. Concise. Can't wait to treat my fiance as Royalty.
