JOANN Fabric and Crafts

I love this store! I do cake decorating with fondant and detailed embroidery. Joann's has all the delightful little things I need for both! I never leave with just what I came in for. There's always some new trinket that I must have!!

The young woman who helped me with my fabric I needed cut was wonderful and helped me make sure I had everything I needed. Very organized and always love seeing the seasonal fabrics.

Always interesting to shop there but need more sales people. Sales are great. Sales people are friendly and very helpful.

JoAnns has been and always will be a great place to find crafts and fabrics. I mostly go here for things like diamond painting, acrylic painting, foam, clearance crafts, and whatever cool things I find wandering the aisles. The staff is generally knowledgeable and ready to help. Overall it's a great, niche place.

Went here late, one night with my kids. They were close to closing but they didn't rush me. They were very nice and helped me with my list of materials for a pattern I was going to use. They were very sweet and knowledgeable. They had a nice selection of fabrics, although they did not carry Art Gallery fabric, and fashionable knits I was searching for. Otherwise, it was good. I would visit them again.

Went to Ludlow location after Holyoke store had a sign on the door saying the system was down. Apparently so was the Ludlow store but Debbie proceeded to help me find exactly what I needed. Customer service provided was excellent.

Was there 8/31 in the evening. The 2 girls working were very helpful to my Mom to find the trim she needed for a project she is working on. Thank you. Excellent customer service!

My favorite joanns, the staff is helpful and friendly, theirs a great selection of fabric and accessories to pick from. Their bathroom seems to be out of service more often than not, but other than that it's a great store. The staff knows their products and can offer a wealth of knowledge for your craft project.

Always need help choosing yarn for knitting. My directions for the weight and grams and mil are never what I need in the same skein. Helpful clerk worked it out with me. Couldn' be more thankful for her help. Thanks!

I work there and my manager is amazing. We have a great team. And i love going to work. I had costumer come in and talk down to me like i was nothing my manager handeld it great. Also had costumers say that i also handeld it great as well. If you had a bad experience a few years ago i can tell you, you wont now!!!!!

I needed material for a project. I stopped in and was pleasantly surprised by the great store! Was so clean and the staff was so helpful. I went back a couple of days later for a few more things. I will be using this store frequently! Amazing sales people!

Great selection, but a little pricey depending on the item. Staff is a little quiet, but always willing to help when asked.

Just my personal observation: this Joann's location seems to have a wider yarn, jewelry-making, and floral selection than the Enfield location. Fabrics and everything sewing seems to have more of a selection in Enfield.

They have a very nice craft section... Paints, jewelry making, candy making... It is difficult to imagine that they wouldn't have what you needed for your particular hobby. Plus you used to be able to join their mailing list and get advance notice of sales, coupons, etc.

I love this store. The customer service is always friendly and they really went out of their way to help me understand a new art tool I was curious about
