Palmer District Court

Every time I have ever had to go to Palmer District Crt, for BAD or good reason's, I've ALWAYS been treated with the utmost respect. All of the staff and clerk's are WONDERFUL, CARING & RESPECTFUL!!! Thank you ALL for the help, time, care & concern & above ALL thank you for always treating me as a person (individual) & not as simply a docket number.

Staff are helpful and caring. They seem annoyed at time, but I don't blame them. It can't be a fun job. We were pointed in the right direction by the staff for our issue, walking in with very little legal experience. Probably about as good as a court can be

The security guard was helpful. No one else has a shred of compassion.

When you're in a courthouse unexpectedly, it's usually under duress. My experience was stressful while I was trying to determine what was going on with a loved one in custody. I was obviously upset and could not get any answers from the individuals in the clerks office.

I sincerely hope no one who reads this finds themselves in a similar situation.

Filed a small claims case against someone and I got the run around by the clerk magistrate. He let the first trial slide giving the defendant more time. This in turn lead to a series of unfortunate events and when the second trial rolled in the magistrate again gave more time to the diffident clearly not willing to punish the diffident for his ignorance and misconduct of the situation. I received a final letter in the mail later on stating that nobody showed up the the court trial and so it was dismissed. I never received an email confirming a new trial or any mail confirming a new trial date.
Im absolutely frustrated with the reasoning and verdict of this court.

They want you to be here at 8 am and its 10 am and the court room is still closed

Worst Court house ever.! Go to springfield, Palmer hates women and has a bunch of ladies that obviously are haters working there!!!!
