Route 20 Bar & Grille

We go to route 20 often and always a great experience. We love the atmosphere, the food (love the salmon and their Caesar salad is huge and delicious !) the staff and bartenders are very attentive. It’s also nice to walk in to smiling faces at the door from the hostesses. Glad we have a “cheers” in our community!

Cheeseburger chowder was awesome. Good beers on tap. Good food, great service from Margaret the bartender!! 100% will be back!

When I am in town I make it a point to make a visit (or two) to the Route 20 Bar & Grille!

A true "Cheers" atmosphere with plenty of beers on tap and a very good menu with something for everyone to enjoy!

They also have music every Thursday through Saturday by local artists that makes the evening even better!

Everyone at "Route 20" are polite, professional and friendly.

Make it a point to stop by, you will not be disapointed!

We had the Bloody Mary Sunday brunch special along with the cape cod fish sandwich with sweet potato fries and my wife had the cod francais with risotto, rice, and asparagus. They were both delicious and our waitress Francesca was there for anything we needed. I also had a couple of draft beers along with lunch, would definitely come back again and again thanks for a great meal There was plenty of parking and seating at the restaurant.

Ate dinner this evening trying their Prime Rib special on Tuesday! Service was very good! Kinda busy and it just got busier! Food came quite quickly! We also ordered the garlic knots and they were delicious! I ordered my prime Rib medium rare and it just melted in my mouth! My wife's was cooked medium just the way she liked it! Only drawback if any to the restaurant was the seating! My wife had some difficulty with the high seats that we were in!

Please be advised that on March 17 a patron of this restaurant had a bad experience. She proceeded to post about it on Facebook and several friends stated they were going to give Root 20 a bad review online. I have no problem with someone sharing their experience, but it’s not fair if people who have never visited write bogus reviews without having, a first-hand knowledge of the restaurant. It’s great to look online and be able to see what others have thought of a restaurant but, sadly, as with all things Internet related, there are some false reviews. I frequently visit route 20 and love the food and the staff. The owners are incredibly generous to , the community both in Wilbraham and Springfield. I am a public school teacher and route 20 has been very generous to my school and others.

We drove up from CT to watch Roller Derby and stopped in for a quick bite.

My wife and I came for great food. English no good but person margarite helped us for explaining food. Thank you margarite, we will be back to see you next Thursday!

We had dinner on Thursday and the food and service was great! Margaret was our server and she was fantastic! I had the braised salmon ,which both meals were recommended and she was right, it was a great meal, the other was the cod francese with risotto. Definitely try this place!

5 stars simply because they have poutine! Im from Canada and its awesome to have a place close by that has it, and its delicious!

Nice neighborhood grill in Wilbraham. Had the cod Franceese over risotto. With a side of steamed asparagus. Very good. My friend had the jambalaya which was a bit spicy but also good. Great service! Will be back.

Great local, neighborhood restaurant right on Rt 20, Boston Rd, in Wilbraham. Staff is consistently friendly and efficient. Food is delicious. The Sunday night Steak & Fries is one of our favorites. The steak has a perfect sear and the fries are crispy. Their seafood and other choices are fresh and delicious as well. The bar area routinely draws a good crowd too so stop by and enjoy yourself soon.

My 1st time there. Very nice place. Quiet on Sunday afternoon. My husband had the fish and chips I had the Steak bomb wrap. We both like our food. Got a couple of local beers. Very nice!
