Our Real estate agent Laura Testa helped my wife and I find our perfect first home. She is very professional, patient and knowledgeable. Whenever we would check out a home with Laura you can tell she did her research and knew everything about the home. My experience with Fireside Real Estate and my agent Alexandra Page exceeded my expectations. Laura helped us check out a few homes prior to the one we ended up purchasing, but, throughout the process, she was knowledgeable, effective, and capable, taking us through all the proper steps necessary for first time home owners. Excellent first time home buying experience with Fireside. From the preapproval to the smoothe closing. My family and I are in love with our home! Professional and extremely knowledgeable.

The lack of response and professionalism made me speechless. Laura lied about needing documentation to see a home, after speaking to the listing agent of the home, she made it clear this paper work was not required. This was my last email from Laura

"I'm happy to show you homes, but Pembroke is a haul, and without having the proper pre-approval, its time lost that I could have spent working to service other clients.

If you are adamant about seeing the house without the proper pre-approval, I would suggest working with Alice who I am sure would be happy to show you the house since she has vested interest in selling it." I strongly suggest working with another real Estate group.

I've never seen anything like this and this isn't my first home purchase. Just unsettling.

To your comment Caroline: Thank you Caroline for your condescending conversation of life lessons on being a young family and how you conduct business. I've never have been spoken to in such a rude unprofessional manor. Regardless of the status of the house. I would expect to have a clear line of communication with the agent I am working with. Not the case. Laura isn't my 4th agent, fabricated number. I don't know where you got that from? From your post "we are happy to take a client out once or twice without a preapproval" We haven't even had a meet n greet yet. Let alone look at any homes for that matter. This was the first home we were interested in and it was like pulling teeth to speak with Laura. If a conversation took place i'm sure these conversations wouldn't be taking place. But due to lack of clarity, the ability to communicate properly. Then to have the audacity to say I'm uneducated in this process, your a bold women Caroline. I wish your company the world of luck. People stay clear of this agent and go elsewhere. Unless you need a life mentor and a very entitled agent
