I really lucked out when I found Elisabeth. I was working with another realtor who went out of town and left me hanging. Elisabeth is great at staying in touch throughout the process. She is warm-hearted and committed to finding the right house, not just an expensive or convenient house. My budget was at the low end of the market and when I realized where the office was located and the kind of houses the Attias Group frequently works with, I had some concern that I'd be lowest on her priority list, but that wasn't so. She put the same energy and thought into finding me the right house as she would for someone with a budget ten times mine. Elizabeth will send a letter to all of your new neighbors telling them how much you paid for your new home. While this information may be publicly available, most neighbors will not go seeking this information out on their own. Very unprofessional, IMO.
