Nashoba Family Medicine

I have only had positive experiences with this practice. I have found every pcp to be professional, compassionate and dedicated to my health.
The office staff is friendly, efficient and patient! It would be hard to get me to change from this practice!

As always, Dr. Godfrey and Meghan were organized and efficient in my appointment with them, providing the information I needed but also making me comfortable about what the next steps would be— professional but also warm. I always leave the office feeling that I’m dealing with competent but also caring people who genuinely want to help me.

Dr. Basu and his staff are amazing. They are very professional, thorough, friendly and compassionate. Dr. Basu went above and beyond to provide the right treatment for my son who just recovered from otitis but got diagnosed with pneumonia. Highly recommend to anyone!!

Dr Basu is my favorite doctor. Very attentive, meticulous to details, highly professional, experienced and knowledgeable. Explain all the options available, very responsive - instantly responding to online messages through Stewart portal. Highly recommend.

Everything went well Greeted with a very pleasant receptionist which started my day pleasant. Dr Patel explained all my questions and updated me on future plans I still don’t have anyone that will come to my house to change my ostomy bag

Nashoba Family Medicine gives great care. The front desk is always friendly and helpful. The nurses and NP are as well.

I've had a great experience with the care from Dr Montu Patel, and Dr Basu when he has filled in. He is good at hearing my concerns and takes a genuine interest in my health outcomes. The staff is very helpful and friendly as well. I was satisfied enough to recommend them to my partner and she is also pleased with her experience with Dr. Krupa Patel.

Dr. Krupa Patel is such a wonderful doctor! She is so kind, answers all your questions in an easy to follow manner, and doesn’t rush you. She is also available via the online portal.

I am not sure if Dr. Patel is taking new patients at this time, but if he is, it would be in your best interest to have him as your doctor, there’s something to be said about bedside manner down to earth, and all around knowledge of subjects other than just General PCP. Weather it be nutrition, substance abuse, holistic healing ❤‍🩹 so on and so on just can’t say enough Montu Patel is the best very happy

Dr. Patel is never rushed and spends the time needed. He hand wrote my medication instructions and I walked out knowing exactly what to do.

The office staff was lovely ,friendly. Nurse were great and Dr Basu is very good friendly explains what he is doing. Whole experience was great friendly on time , and good care

5 stars specifically because Dr. Krupa Patel is absolutely fantastic.

Dr. Basu has been very active in my feelings since my Hip Replacement which did not go well. He reacted to my depression and pain and Sleeplessness. I can go on my portal and communicate with him and get a response.

Amazing team and a great Doctor. I drive almost two hours to go here.

We are so happy to now be a complete family seen by Nashoba Family Medicine. I've seen Dr. Godfrey for many years and my husband began seeing her this year. It's been such a supportive and easy practice to work with that we brought our children in. Dr. Dickey for the win! Her easy-going, fun personality had my boys comfortable within the first visit. She was candid and spoke to them directly, which they really appreciated. I couldn't believe we were leaving physical's with them smiling. Both gave her a two thumbs up. Thank you, Dr. Dickey!

I have posted a review of my Primary and Best Ever Physician Dr. Godfrey specifically already. I am posting again to add my 2 cents in regard to the Nashoba Family Medicine experience now that they are in the new facility. I am not keen on all the Steward Stuff and Steward is still lacking in accuracy and speed in everything they touch, but Dr Godfrey and her crew are a fine oiled efficient and attentive machine. I have been to the new office about 6 times and each time is an improvement on the last. The Office is not all new and efficient and ergonomic for not only staff but patients with the convince of a new lab office and physical therapy right next door in the adjoining office. I am sure that this Office in the Nashoba Valley Steward System is the shining star. Not to mention the office wait times are surprisingly light and they are mostly accurate with appointment times. And anyone that knows me knows I would be more then willing and delighted to complain and complain at length if they deserved it. Thank you Nashoba Valley Family Medicine

if your in pain and don't want to mask your pain with injections. Find another doctor who will take the time to listen to you. I was a patient of Dr.** and now Dr.
Basu from the same office.
Dr.** was ok at first then proceed to push me to physical therapy while having me think I had bulging discs. causing serious pain. I asked for Chiropractic services and was snickered at. I was offered oxycotin for a "limited time" but declined that trash. After taking steroids and muscle relaxers gabapentin and seeing Dr. Simpson (ortho). did I recieve a Chiropractic referal as I requested. Went through Chiropractic and started getting better in some aspects but not all. when I ran out of pain medication. I went back to Dr. ** and was asked in a snide way how the Chiropractic was working and then he refused to give any more pain management until I went back to Dr. Simpson and do physical therapy at a sports medicine place. OR get injections Dr. ** is no longer my doctor.
I changed over to Dr.Basu not expecting much. Dr.Basu pin pointed my problem and said it wasn't my back it is a hip muscle causing a sciatica issue that can be fixed through pain management steroids and physical therapy. While my first doctor wasn't totally wrong I feel I'm on the right track now and hope this can be a learning experience for someone else.
I chose not to post my first doctors name out of respect and thankfulness for his efforts.

I was looking up SMG's hours today and I was shocked that google reviews has 3 stars. We have 6 family members that trust this medical group with our health and well-being and we are extremely happy. I had the joy of visiting their new (and bigger) office directly across the street from their old location and I was very impressed. Same wonderful care - fresh new office building. Keep up the good work SMG - we love you and are thankful to be patients.
