Shaw's

This store is more than just a place to shop – it's a place where they do things right. The space is welcoming, clean, well stocked and the staff are fantastic. They truly care. I misplaced my ID and credit cards and was incredibly stressed. Turns out I had forgotten them 3 days prior at one of their registers. I was enormously relived to find them at the service desk. The way this store (and possibly the customer who saw my cards) handled it speaks volumes about their honesty and the kind of community they foster. Every store should take a page from their book!

Love their app. Store is always so clean and organized. I can always find fresh produce.

Nice supermarket. Always friendly staff at the checkout. Reasonable prices, especially at the moment with the Monopoly coupon promotions currently going. Also a gas saving based on points from your bill going towards money of gas purchase with the participating gas station. All in all a great supermarket.

At the time of my visit, the supermarket was bustling with shoppers; however, there wasn't the feeling that it was overcrowded. The is a huge parking lot and an a.ple supply of carts.the supermarket is wheelchair accessible.

A wide selection of fruits and vegetables are laid out at the entrance...this made me tingle as I really love fruits and veggies.

As I moved on I was impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the supermarket. Shelves were fully stocked and the aisles were clear of clutter. Items are clearly marked and those on sale (according to the flyers) were also readily available.

I asked to use the restroom and was directed to a nice sized and very clean bathroom. Soap, toilet paper, and drying machines/ paper were there.

Checkout was easy. I rate MY experience 5 stars! Well done Shaws!

Another quality store, like so many of the others, decent location.

I wish we had started using them as our primary grocery store sooner, they have way more variety than a lot of the other grocery stores and everything we needed was in stock (even some items that are frequently out of stock in the other stores) Was also a lot more open and less crowded!

I've noticed prices being very misleading lately. Things on clearance are marked up before they're marked down. Same with sales prices. There are only ever 1-2 registers open at any time. The carts are old and broken. Once I had to go through over 10 carts to find one that worked and didn'thave a broken kid seat or a broken seat belt. There's never anyone at customer service. Unfortunately it's the closest grocery store to my house without having to drive over 30 minutes so I'm stuck going to this miserable place when I'm in a pinch.

Update: they've really improved over time! Everything I had issues with have been fixed. Much better

Nice store. Very clean and well stocked. Great variety and friendly employees. Usually very quick through the registers. Full service supermarket with many different brands. Easy access.
Update- prices have risen significantly due to supply chain issues. Still clean and easy access, but some ítems in short supply and much more expensive now.

Great prices. Got a dz mixed donuts for $5. Will definitely shop here again. Very clean, organized store. Friendly staff.

The produce section, especially for organic fruit, is solid. Shaw's bakery department has a great selection of a variety of baked goods (the brookies and brownies are especially tasty, as are their decadent chocolate cakes! Shaw's often has items I can't find at the Market Basket in Littleton (I mainly shop at MB for overall cheaper prices, but Shaw's has a greater product selection throughout the store).

Great grocery store with a quality bakery. I get lunch there often, the deli counter makes sandwiches way better than Subway. Foot long w/ small pringles can & water less than $8. They also have chic wings, soup, salads, fruit salads, pasta, and more. Awesome place. Top it off, everyone is very nice !

Shaws always has the best selection of all things!!! Fresh flowers, awesome fresh food. The best selection of ice cream and all of the workers are kind courteous and helpful. Definitely a great addition to our town.

People complain about the prices, but comparing to other stores they're honestly on-par or sometimes lower. Especially shop the sales for great prices! (For example, all the cheese in the deli is 4.99 a pound right now!) Wide aisles, friendly staff.

Great selection especially if you like shopping the rims - vegetables, meat, seafood, eggs, dairy, and bread. They have the best selection of yogurts in the area. My only compliant and its a small one is that the don't carry grape nuts cereal.

I shop at this location at least once a week. The staff members there are always kind, courteous, and helpful. Recently, I had an issue with my MyMixx number not going through on a rather large order. The manager (I think his name was Jeremy but I'm awful with names) took the time to rescan my entire order to make sure all of my coupons went through. Couldn't ask for better service.

Shaw's has great quality food at a great price. They have improved dramatically over recent years under all fronts, even on service. When they are out of something (it isn't often... usually it is something they offered at a very competitive sale price) they are very good about offering a rain check.

I don’t typically shop at Shaw’s although on occasion I have found myself there because it is less than 1.0 mile from my home. So, today I got cottage cheese for my dog, Pete, and a couple of things for the house. As I went to check out I was very pleasantly surprised to see a very familiar face “Paula” who recently moved Bank of America in Littleton.
She was and is the greatest customer service person ever.
She always has a smile and is full of information about her business. She gave me a card to take home and set up an online Shaw’s account which offers great gas discounts. Having an employee like Paula says a lot about Shaw’s.

Very nice and clean place. Good produce. Wide variety.

Great staff. Great meats butchers will custom cut and package. Just ask. Produce always fresh. Prices fine and they double coupons.
