Signature Fitness

Signature fitness is the best I have a part of. Small classes and great support.

After only one month working out with Alison at Signature Fitness - my husband is fitting into clothes I haven’t seen him wear in 5 years. And, that is without changing his diet - just adding a fitness regimen. It’s the ideal, low-key - but complete personal training environment for him. I have been attending Signature now for 3 weeks and have had so much support and encouragement from the staff. My personal training sessions are helping me feel confident and strong again. Just finished snowblowing and shoveling for the third time during the storm, and I must say because of Alison’s good instruction I am so much stronger than I was a year ago! Thank you so much Alison and Signature Fitness. You are outstanding.

Alison is amazing! I had a great workout- I have been working out for some time now and the day after I left her Kickboxing class I was sore! MUST TRY!
