They were nice even tho I used 2 coupons at the window and the coupons were great

I go to this establisment Monday-Thursday and its the best dunkin' i've ever been to. No matter how complicated or extensive my order, never once have they gotten it wrong. Food is always fresh and the staff is efficient and friendly no matter what shift is working.

It feels weird to praise a chain restaurant location as being better than the others but honestly my experience with this particular Dunkin Donuts has been outstanding. The drive-through line definitely builds up and will keep you waiting, but if you order on the go and walk in to pick it up you'll be out in no time at all. They never get my order wrong and they always seem to prioritize their on-the-go orders. This Dunks always gets it right and never leaves me waiting.

The style of the newly renovated store is quite pleasing. Much better than before. The new cups are pretty but an issue for my ice coffee drinking friends. No more hot cup for the ice coffee.☹

First of all the place is pretty nice I took a bunch of pictures outside of it and the food was made efficient and within a good matter of time !

Bit honestly its all about how the sevice is the stores arent all the same. If i walk in, wait in line for 5 mins. i get to the counte r an the lady looks like animal from the muppets an is stressed out because one miatake sets everything back. I van geel the ten s ion but give a helpful nugde with a amall compliment to calm her nerves.... BAM ...right back on track an service w a smile. "U get what you give"-unknown

Sometimes wires get crossed an it's a big confusion. But over all I enjoy the staff an the sausage,egg,AN chese on a croissant. Lol cmon you gotta go e them props that's a hard job I used to work at Dunkin Donuts in Maverick, East Boston. 4 am - 10am an it's not easy. So give the staff a break c as use they're working there ass off

Out of all the DD's in Lowell, I'd have to say this ones the best. Super beautiful after the renovation, better customer service than all the others and works the fastest.

I highly recommend this location, the 2 guys for the night shift are amazing and so respectful, they make us return.
