Esai was wonderful. We told him what we were looking for, and he let us roam. He quickly provided us with a measuring tape when we asked and was knowledgeable when we had questions.

We got the dresser we came for with a delivery just days away, and I found the table I've been hunting for, and he ordered that for us as well. All in all, it was a very pleasant time.

I was incredibly pleased with my experience at JR Furniture. Penny and Anna were both an amazing help — they were both incredibly kind, thorough, and accommodating in their approach. I never felt overwhelmed or suffocated by their presence as we browsed (which is always a huge plus), but they were quick to locate and ready to answer any questions we had. I will definitely recommend JR to other friends looking for a quality, inexpensive, but classy piece. Thanks again, ladies!!!

My husband and shopped around for a couch for many weeks. We visited multiple stores in the area searching for the best deal and service. Diane was the main reason we bought a couch at JR furniture. Not only did this location have an extensive selection of couches to choose from but her customer service skills were EXCEPTIONAL. She really got us exactly what we wanted without being pushy. She is warm and friendly, and asks all the right questions in order to get you exactly what you are looking for. The couch we ended up ordering was this beautiful sectional, it was ready in a couple weeks since it was a custom order. However, due to us having to move kind of suddenly we realized the couch we custom ordered was not going to fit in our new living room. We were super bummed since we thought we were going to loose out on the money we had put down on our custom ordered couch. Thanks to Diane and the manger on duty we were told to pick something else out and they would do a swap for us. Wow! I cannot tell you how impressed i was with this transaction. JR furniture in Tigard has a customer for life!!!!! I am beyond grateful to them for working something out for us! Go visit this store if you want high quality furniture and excellent customer service!!

I went to 10 furniture stores it seems that now days there are no options in colors of of by some chance there are the prices are very high. After almost giving up on finding our ideal sofa set we came here and wow so many options and a amazing prices. Since we were buying a good amount the awesome sales person Ruben worked out awesome deals with us saved is couple hundred dollars. Also a very nice guy.

This was by far the best furniture buying experience of my life. Your sales professional, Sunny Raj, was an absolute joy to work with. He helped me identify my needs and select a custom sectional couch that was presented as taking up to 7 weeks to custom fabricate. it took only around 3 weeks. I feel like I paid a fair price and that the completed piece was at expectations.
Sunny was superior in his service as, although I was ready to get started on an even larger piece, after seeing photos of the room this was planned for he insisted I go home and tape out the footprint on my floor, to actually assess whether it would fit or not. This proved to be a very wise move as it would have been too large in the end. This took us in a different direction. I made several visits to the store to consider down cushions versus foam and fabric choices. I never felt rushed or pressured to sign - always very friendly and professional, but made the experience fun.
If I am looking for another furniture piece, I will start with JR Furniture and ask for Sunny. Thanks!

After shopping other stores in the area I arrived at JR Furniture in Tigard. I was concerned that purchasing furniture during a Pandemic might be a mistake but Rob assured me that JR would do everything they could to expedite and deliver my furniture. As it turns out it did take a little longer than expected but during the process Rob and the manager Frank kept me informed of the progress during my wait.

I am very happy with my investment, I got a great price, Was well informed of what to expect and the follow up was perfect. I recommend JR Furniture and hope your experience will be as pleasant as mine was.

Salesman was very helpful and not pushy, he left us alone to look and was available for any questions or help we needed. We felt comfortable and not rushed.

I cannot begin to tell you what a pleasant experience I had at this location. The manager Craig is absolutely aimed at his customers satisfaction. He went out of his way to ensure the delivery of the couch that we picked out. There delivery team deserves some kudos as well for taking wonderful care while delivering and setting up our furniture.

We showed up at 7:30pm on a weeknight. Antonio, who later I learned was the manager, was very pleasant and working alone. I gave a brief idea of what I was looking for and he showed me a couple of sofas that I might like. He was juggling another family buying furniture also. He was very patient while we chose fabric colors for the sofa and the pillows. Custom Stanton sofa for the same price as the standard ones in the warehouse! We had been a couple other places before going to Hubbard. Well worth the trip! I’m getting exactly what I want, and the best price too.

So far so good. We read reviews of all the local furniture stores. Most were bad. JR Furniture had the best ratings. We purchased the same furniture as another store for $2,000.00 less.
That shows how much other stores mark up their prices. We were going to purchase the same furniture in another store for 2k more. We will see when the Furniture arrives

Ruben was extremely helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted and his manager made sure I could take it home that day. Thanks for saving Thanksgiving for us - we would have been eating off our laps! I’ll be telling my friends about the great service and will definitely come back here again!

Helpful sales people who can help you match furniture and pick colors. Good selection of quality furniture or more budget friendly items. Fast custom ordererd fabric turn around. Friendly, competent delivery staff. Good sales manager who makes sure your experience goes well. This place was recommended to me, and I recommend it to others. New showroom is now open and the selection is even greater.

I've been to this location 3 times and EVERY time, I've been approached by a sales guy. The first guy asked if we needed help and when I let him know that I was just looking, he backed right off but was available when I decided I wanted to buy something. I purchased a floor model sofa & loveseat for a steal, but couldn't decide on the matching chair. I had to make 2 additional trips to pick up the items and on the last trip, asked the manager if he'd make a deal on the chair. He did, I took it and I'm happy.

Just a word to the wise: if you're an idiot, these guys will still treat you kindly. I thought I could fit two of the pieces into my truck, but it took a bunch of maneuvering and some bungees to make it happen. They still worked with me and were respectful, even though I took two of their guys off the sales floor. The furniture is beautiful, the sale process was seamless and they're nice to morons. I'll be back.

I chose JR Furniture to purchase a Stanton sofa from. This was stressful because it was my first sofa purchase. My experience was excellent and no pressure. I stopped by several times with my husband to make sure we made the right choice and we did! Delivery was a bit pricey but no complaints about that. We did stop by again to try to buy a TV stand later - the same gentleman helped us and though we did not purchase he was still gracious and treated us kindly. I probably won't be buying more furniture soon but if I do I will look to JR first because of my experience.

When shopping for furniture, we always come here first! They have a great selection, great prices, amazing staff, and we have always been very satisfied with our purchases. We've worked with a half dozen other furniture stores throughout the city and JR has the best service, by far!

JR Furniture was a very good experience.
When they delivered my couch, it wouldn't fit through the hallway. They took it back and brought another couch. Same color, same everything; just alittle smaller. It was late Saturday, and they delivered it that day.

The first thing I picked out was my new bedroom set it's more then I expected Jack was most helpful at everything I picked out down to my living room furniture and my dining room chairs. I went back a month later and saw a coffee table I wanted Jack waited on me both times he was very helpful and knowledgeable
