Mattress Firm Sherwood

I’d been considering a new mattress for some time, but it’s too easy to keep putting it off. Had a break in my schedule, heard a couple Mattress Firm radio commercials while driving around, then saw one not far from home (Sherwood, OR). Gordon was my “sleep expert”. He asked the right questions, I test drove a few mattresses and that quickly I had delivery scheduled for the next day. It was almost an impulse buy, I didn’t even shop around! Gordon was knowledgeable, personable and not at all pushy even though it was a holiday weekend and I’m sure he was chasing a corporate sales expectation. It seems there’s a mattress store on every corner in this town. I’m glad I popped in to Mattress Firm and met Gordon. It was a completely satisfying experience.

Trey was exceptional in his knowledge of the mattress lines and features offered. We have purchased three mattress since the store location itself came into existence. Extremely happy with our purchases and the overall level of customer service we have always received. Do consider “Mattress Firm Sherwood” for your mattress and bedding needs.

we initially decided on a stern and foster in a clearance. Trey Wimberley was very very helpful but when we got to check out, someone had purchased it right underneath us as we were checking out. We decided to come back a different day after researching, and I dealt with Gordon, who is very very nice, and then Trey again helped me close a deal on a stern and Foster. They were wonderful to deal with Truthful working to get me the best price. I will be sending my family in.

Gordon was absolutely amazing! Knowledgeable, kind, honest, and he stayed real with me the whole time! He stayed within my budget without a second thought. In the future I know if I have a question, he'll be the guy I go to.

1/12/2024 - We worked with Trey in store on 1/1 and he was very insightful, thoughtful and worked diligently with us to get us the best deal possible on our next mattress. Very pleasant experience and great perks/warranties on all our stuff. Made us feel very at ease making our purchase. Great team here at the Sherwood Mattress Firm!

This week, I had a phenomenal experience buying from Marc at this location. I had not bought a new bed in over 10 years. It's very complex in 2023, many factors and parts of the equation required for the full set up. As I shopped around at other stores, the sales associates were misleading on options and pricing. It was frustrating and discouraging.

Marc changed the entire experience for me. He listened to our situation from the start and he instantly walked us through options that were exactly what I was looking for. He has the type of authenticity, transparency and care for customers that transform the stress of shopping into a trusting conversation. Marc's technical knowledge and willingness to answer/explain all questions asked, took away all uncertainty on the product and services.

I will be recommending Marc and this location, to all family, friends, colleagues going forward.

Ive always dreaded buying furniture. My least favorite item being a matress, but it was a must! They’re so many choices and after a short while they all look the same. Marc who works in Sherwood and Tualitan provided me with service that far exceeded my expectations. Plus, he actually went the extra mile to get me a good deal. Not like some of these places where they have to keeping consulting with the alleged sales manager to save you $10. Whatever you do, try to get Marc as your point of contact. You won’t regret it.

Gordon was our mattress expert he was super nice to me and my family. He helped us get what we wanted for the price point we wanted to stay at.

Marc was very friendly, helpful and patient with us as we tried different beds to get the right one for my mother. He worked to get us the delivery as soon as possible, as well as touching base with us the next day regarding the window time of delivery. I would absolutely recommend Marc and Mattress Firm!!

Great customer service! Well educated sales team. Upon delivery we noticed half the order was not the correct items, we called our Salesmen who was willing to take an after work hours call to make sure everything was corrected.

We went to the Mattress firm in Sherwood and Marc was the associate that helped us. He was super friendly, very patient as I had my kids with me. He didn’t try to push anything that wasn’t in our budget which was awesome because sometimes places do that! We ended up leaving with an awesome pick for our 14 year old! Thank you Marc!

We are very pleased with the level of service we received from all the staff (William, Marc & Centria) at this store. We were looking for a new mattress after 14 years and had made a decision on what we wanted. Having been very satisfied with Tempur-Pedic we wanted to stay with this brand. After having the mattress for a couple of weeks started having an allergic reaction to a material in the newest model. After a couple of trips back to the store decided to exchange for the same model to see if there was just something about that "one" mattress. Centria was kind enough to extend the exchange period and allow us another exchange if it didn't stop the problem. Still had the reaction and ended up exchanging for a different model which has corrected the problem. They made sure we were taken care of. The customer service was above and beyond what you experience any more. Would highly recommend a visit/purchase to this store.

Trey was very up front and educated on the product that we wanted to buy and others we looked at. Went in there wanting one brand of mattress left with another. Great customer service next day delivery available.
