Great drinks at this intimate bar. The mocktail and cocktails were fantastic! I will return here!

Stopped in for an overdue round of drinks with friends. The space is small but we were able to find an open table. Cozy and calming atmosphere. We didn't order food but the cocktails were delicious: refreshing and complex. Excellent service. A special thanks here to Calvin for serving as our table's gracious and elegant host.

Amazing old school speakeasy atmosphere. Great drinks. The pork belly is just amazing!

Edit: Hey City Bar team! Third stay at the Lenox and fourth time dining/enjoying beverages here. The staff, atmosphere, and menu is fantastic. Great crowd on weekend nights - well worth stopping in if you're a local, or staying at the Lenox. Keep up the great work!

Loved the extra dirty vodka martini's. We came during the Christmas break, and having my martini right outside near the hotel fireplace created a nice ambiance. Definitely would come back

Great place for late night drinks … eclectic menu… something for everyones taste…

The bar is located on the ground floor of the Lennox Hotel. You can't reserve a table, so you have to show up and, if it's not too crowded, you can start by going in and ordering a drink. For the table you have to be careful to occupy one as soon as it becomes available. The atmosphere is really nice for after dinner drinks. The drinks taste really good.

Staff was nice, prices were surprisingly reasonable for a place that seemed so upscale. If I’m ever in Boston again I’ll definitely stop by here. Keep up the good work guys.

Nice hotel bar

This is my favorite bar in all of Boston. The ambience is wonderful, the drink selection is really good and it's not all that pricey. They make a really good mango mule.

Love the atmosphere at City Bar! Fun place to grab cocktails. We tried a few of them and my favorites were the whiskey smash and blood orange cosmo.

Excellent! Clutch spot for late night food, serving until 1am. Believe it or not chicken tenders are very very good!

City Bar fills a unique niche in the Back Bay bar scene. The whisky prices are reasonable and they make tasty cocktails. But what sets them apart is their lounge atmosphere.

While it can get a touch busy on Friday and Saturday nights, most days this is the spot to go if you want to sip on a beverage and read a novel or have a quiet conversation.

City Bar is a gem! It is perfect for a date or a meeting in a calm and more intimate setting. It has a good list of tasty cocktails, good liquor for those who don't like mixed drinks, tasty small bites to eat, and the service there is great. They even have a phone charging station by the bar.

Can't go wrong at City Bar. However, this place is on the smaller side, so don't plan large gatherings there.
