Had an awesome birthday at Maggiano's. Tried Mushroom Ravioli despite not liking mushrooms—surprisingly delicious! Also loved the Zucchini Fritters, Cheese Fries, Calamari, and Bruschetta. Service was great, very friendly staff. Overall, fantastic experience with yummy Italian food and top-notch service. Definitely recommend trying the Mushroom Ravioli!

Absolutely wonderful dinner. The main dining room has such a family room/home dining room feel to it. The Christmas decor and music really pushed it over the top. Server came over quickly, drinks provided with warm bread quickly, but the meals were a bit slow (understandable with the number of tables), and the server did keep us updated. Food had HUGE portions and was of excellent quality. We did do dessert as well, peppermint ice cream filled chocolate cream puffs, which was also HUGE and delicious.

I ate here the day before my marathon yo carb load. Great venue, staff were attentive but not overbearing. The food tasted great and was at a reasonable price.

I walked in and they had no issue seating me (solo traveller).

I also ordered two takeaways whilst in Boston, both times they arrived ahead of schedule and tasted good. Complimentary bread included.

Went do this Boston location with some colleagues. One of our colleagues suggested it, and I’m glad she did because the experience was amazing.

We chose to go with the family style since we were four people and we learned that it was such a good choice.

I must warn you that it is a lot of food, so please be hungry if you go with this choice. Not only you get to choose what you want. You also get refills and if you can’t finish it you get to take it home.

For starters, we ordered the bruschetta and the stuffed mushrooms. Both came out very delicious.

For main dishes, we ordered the chicken piccata salmon with lemon and herb, Alfredo pasta and their famous rigatoni D.

It was an amazing dining experience. We all enjoyed our food, but we couldn’t finish it so we had to take a food home.

We were visiting Boston from Dublin Ireland & this restaurant was the first place we dined in & the atmosphere, service & ambience was great. The food was so exceptional that we went back again for our last night in Boston.
I have many food allergies & can be awkward eating out however they were very good accommodating me. Both waiters gave great service & very knowledgeable. The manager came over to ensure I was taken care of with my allergies.
The steak was one of the best that I've had & I would definitely go back when in Boston again. I would highly recommend to anyone in or visiting Boston.

We celebrated a couple birthdays and an acheivement and had a table of 6. For appetizers, we had the fried mozzarella, the garlic bread, spinach artichoke dip, and crab cakes. All were amazingly delicious 😋.

For drinks we had a blackberry bourbon drink, the Aperol spritzes, and the pomegranit martini. Each was soo good (and a bit dangerous! Lol)

For entrees, I had spaghetti and meatballs, my husband had the linguine di mare (which was huge!), another person had the mushroom ravioli, another had the eggplant parmesan, and another had the shrimp Alfredo. All said they were good, and mine was very tasty!

For dessert, we ordered the sampler platter which consisted off a selection of mini-sized cheese cake, creme brulee, spiced muffin, apple crisp, and tiramisu. All were very good. If I have one detraction (and I've found this true of most places in Boston so may just be a regional difference, is that the tiramisu did not have a strong enough coffee flavor.)

Our waiter also treated us to a large slice of the chocolate cake and the lemon cookies which were both great.

We capped it off with some espressos and some espresso martinis which capped off a great evening.

The atmosphere was lively and fun with several tables celebrating birthdays. Service was deliberate but not slow and our waiter provided us with some excellent advice on the menu and made sure we were taken care of for our 3-hour food tour!

Total bill came to $90 per person, and we ate a metaphorical-literal ton of food.

Yes, it's a chain and no, it's not in North end, but it's still a great place for sure!

After bumping into a local, I asked where is a good spot to eat. He recommended this place. I Was kindly greeted by the host/server and promptly served a glass of water and menu when I asked. I tried the plate with a few appetizers. It was also very very nice to see foods from Prince Edward Island (Canadas Food Island) everything down to atmosphere was top notch!

A really good dinner, so much food. Megan our server was great, answered our questions, had great recommendations, on the ball with food and drinks.
The salad with blue cheese and bacon was so good.
Lasagna and ravioli both great.
Dessert sampler was wonderful.
All in all a really good dinner for the price.

We were welcomed with a lovely waiter.
He graced our table with delicious bread and drinks, some great bottles of wine, and some pasta so good I made myself push through the whole dish even though I was full about halfway through.
I love the warm lighting and overall ambience, exactly what I want a place like this to be.

My wife and I went to the Emerson theater to see Chicago, but first, we stopped in Maggiano's for dinner. We were able to split a wedge salad and the honey cod. Both were terrific! Service was great, and we set out in time for the show.

Been here for a few work related events banquets and on my own and loved it every time. It's a piece of classic Boston interior design-wise, everything you could ask for in a classic Italian-American restaurant. The food is heavy and hearty, not exactly light if that's what you're looking for. But it's very, very tasty. And the portions are HUGE. You WILL have leftovers. There are separate rooms, too, if you have a party or function of some kind and want to be separated from the rest of the restaurant's hubbub. Great service, great atmosphere, great food. What else could you ask for? Definitely worth the hype, as tourist-trappy as it may seem. There's a reason Maggiano's is as popular with long-time Bostonians as it is with visitors.

Haven't been to Maggiano's in a long time. Was hungry for some dinner while working the evening shift don't get off till 10pm. So the sausage flatbread pizza looked good and I got a side salad. The flatbread pizza was delicious the sausage was seasoned cooked fully and the fresh tomatoes on it were refreshing and the cheese was perfect, the crust crispy light. My salad came with fresh baked bread roll and butter it was so so good! The salad had cherry tomatoes and croutons olives red onions the salad was fresh tasty just what I needed for making sure I eat so vegetables! These was satisfying dinner very happy with the service and my delivery!

I think I was Italian in my past life. Love everything about this place. The people, food, atmosphere. Such a chill place to bring family, lover, bestie. My favorite is the chicken and spinach manicotti. We included that in our family meal today along with chicken parm, shrimp Alfredo and salmon. The only disappointment was the salmon. Cooked perfectly but lacked flavor. The butter bread was AMAZING! Until next time...

Honestly wish there was a 6th Star I could give for service 👏🏾. Not only did the chef come out to personal address my food allergy, but he would periodically check in through each course of the meal to ensure that the entire party was satisfied and enjoying our incredible food 😊. The portions were perfect and everything down to the appetizers left little to be desired. Definitely gong to have to come back here soon, I highly recommend it

What an awesome memory for my 75th birthday with my immediate family. No disappointments! The food was out of this world. Better than in Italy I was told by the ones who had eaten there! The service was exemplary and the food - everything - was superior. I will recommend this finest restaurant to everyone I know. Thank you for a most memorable and happy experience!

Fantastic Italian restaurant close to Boston Common and the North End. Great ambience and good portions of quality food. Definitely try their Zucchini fritters. A bit pricey but the food and the ambience more than make up for it on an occasional visit. They have vegetarian options but not too many. Service was quick. The only negative was the over eagerness of the waiting staff. Overall a great dining experience! Recommended.
