Nordstrom Rack

I had a fantastic experience at Nordstrom Rack. Izzy, a staff member, helped me navigate the store and also assisted me with picking out a very nice coat. I am very pleased with my purchase and the customer service. Thank you Izsy! Hope I will see you again.

Bought a new suitcase the day of my flight bc my old one broke. They have pretty good selection of suitcases on 1st floor, and was close to my hotel which was really convenient

I like stopping in this store on my two mile walk, it's always busy and you can find something to do.
The clothes are wonderfully priced for in the area and beats riding the train or bus to get to the mall area for tj max or target.
Best part really is the large hygiene of Neutrogena®products.
Staff is always helpful as well

Love shopping here- the mall at Natick was good overall and shopping at Nord was pretty decent and calm with limited but trendy outfits as always

Great location that is listed as on Newbury Street, but there entrance is on Boylston. It's two floors, with a ton of merchandise and helpful staff roaming. The lines to purchase your goods can be long, but that's offset by the great people working the register!

I love this store because they always have my size shoes and plenty of them to choose from. Large size shoes are welcomed here! The attendees are friendly and they always have plenty of clothes to choose from and the return policy is decent. The only issue is parking but what can you expect the store is on Boylston Street. The store is also clean

Great place for winter stuff treasure hunt.
Do not expect normal department store. But great coat, boots and groves by surprising low price!
The only issue is the difficulty in finding a parking space.

Great place for off season items, reduced price in good quality items. Nice location as well, just few distance from nearby hotels.

There always seem to be pretty good deals on name brands. Very solid selection of sizes and styles. Decently organized which is nice whereas I've been to stores where sizes are all mixed up. The customer service folks were also pretty helpful the couple times we had questions.

This is a great store located in downtown Boston. Note that access is now only from the Boylston Road entrance and that the Newbury Street entrance is closed. I found some socks at a very good price on the second floor. Paying for my items took some time as there were quite a few returns who were in the same line. However..staff were very understanding and helpful.

Has great designer bags at reasonable prices.

Good selection decent prices

One of my favorite places to shop. Variety of clothes, shoes etc. This visit they were heavy on very casual clothes. I've previously bought nice suits and higher end casual clothes. Every visit is different with new stuff.

Great place to find high end clothes, cosmetics household items too. Could be better organized. It's in a great location too.
