Elmaze is a wonderful person every time I come in there she greets me hello and says goodbye always helps me on the deals and actually help me to apply online for the coupons she definitely needs a raise

The employees here are absolutely wonderful people. Can’t speak highly enough of all of the people working on the first floor today. One very kind employee helped me find an item I was looking for. The cashier at checkout was incredibly patient with me while I fumbled to pay with my change. And yet another incredibly kind employee (the other cashier) ran after me to give me back my CVS card (after I had accidentally left it behind). Everyone here is going above and beyond to make sure all their customers have a positive experience during what has been a difficult time for nearly everyone. I hope that everyone working here gets a well-deserved raise as they are running an incredibly busy CVS location with such kindness, compassion, and grace. Thank you for all you do. Thank you for your decency.

Great shop! I always find what I need. The customer service is great. I recently had the pleasure of meeting Georgina the beauty consultant. She has amazing and on top of her game. She was very helpful. Overall a great establishment.

I like shopping in this particular CVS store in Copley Square because of their products and because the Employees are very professional and helpful to me when I shop at this location! There are many different types of products available for sale.

Went in there at 7am because I had some pictures to pick up. There was basically no staff there, but one guy who was leaving did stop and help me. Of course my pictures weren't even in a package and then he couldn't find a package for a bit. I probably ruined his morning but he was very patient and helpful and I appreciated the service.

Special thank you to the lady that helped my wife while we had a bit of an emergency. It was very kind of you. Happy to see there are still good people out there.

If you are ever looking for beauty products and great recommendations, knowledge about the ingredients you most go to CVS Boylston and ask for GEORGINA she’s the best. I’m not the type of consumer that ever ask for opinions (I’m a aesthetician myself) but I saw how knowledgeable she is and so far everything she has recommended works wanders on me ❤

While in Boston for a continuing education meet I discovered I had left a certain Rx medication at home in Virginia. Made the short walk from the Westin Copley and found the staff to be most helpful. They contacted my pharmacy (not a CVS) in VA and had a five day supply of my medication in less than 30 minutes! Most helpful.

I had a very pleasant experience with Rita. I believe she works at the check out point .

I like the camera on the escalators with the TV to see yourself on. There's a person that likes to open the door for people, but I don't think he works there.

Super attentive staff!

Had to go in for bandaids and an ice pack after having a little fall and they all were so sweet to help me out and finding what I needed.

Great area, near the Green Line station and not that far from the Orange Line station.
