Inga is the best! She was so helpful with getting us an appointment for my mother. She even got her test results and got an appoint in 7 days. It's nice to see someone who goes the extra mile and actually cares. Thank God for her.

Dr. Ahmed has been great. He's thorough and easy to talk to. He responds quickly to questions and requests. The staff at AKDHC-Chandler have been very good.

I am a 42 year old black female who had a AAA repair. I was referred to this kidney Dr. I showed up for my first appt for them to tell me it was rescheduled no call, email, or letter. Was in the hospital the end of March which at that time I changed my phone number when I made the appointment. Just went in for my appt and of course it was canceled once again Was told they did t have the right number on file because it was never saved. Once again no email or letter. You are you own best advocate and I’m sorry but there are to many drs for me to be going to one that doesn’t take my health as serious as I do. I didn’t survive something that I had a 1 in 4 chance of survival to keep seeing a dr who could care less about me and my health. When you get out of the hospital you are supposed to follow up with the Dr within a certain amount of time. Now they can see me in June or another Dr in May. I walked out without making another appt. Once on my car got a from a lady who was really nice and tried now they can see me this Thursday which I already have a procedure scheduled for. I was offered to do a video visit after I told them I was being put to sleep. Why would I make any medical decisions on that day and you should know better then to even offer that after I said I was being put to sleep. Sorry but my life is more important than me continuing to be a patient here. Thanks but NO THANKS
