Horrible company. The people at the corporate level, (their leaders) lack integrity and human decency. They treat their employees horribly with broken promises, an unsafe work environment and a complete lack of support when needed. They say they have training and foodservice support teams but they all stay in their cozy corporate offices and do not go out into the field to help in any way. Stay away.

We and most of the tenants have had significant issues with the maintaining of their office building specifically at the Apex Center in Marlborough. We have made dozens of complaints since we moved in three years ago and they are not being handled. The office building is only three years old and is already completely rundown. There is broken glass constantly in the parking lot, glass, liquor bottles, trash etc. The building is not kept clean to basic standards. The bathrooms are not kept clean. The elevator is dirty. Our employees complain all the time and the owners/real estate agents and property managers do not respond. It is embarrassing to have visitors. I would not rent an office from this company due to lack of response from all parties. I have rented many office spaces in the last thirty years and have never had these issues. I don’t get why they would not care about very good tenants. The tenants in the building are all extremely frustrated and have wasted so much time on this. Only reason I am spending time writing this review is in hopes that something gets done.

Purely as a fellow driver on the road in Westford - a middle aged man (~50s?) driving a white pickup truck with their company name on it was impatient at a red light, honking for those in front of him to turn despite there being a red arrow. Once arrow turned green and traffic moved he proceeded to speed up and pass three vehicles on the right after making the turn. Witnessing all that left me feeling like I’d never seek out working with that company based on that experience alone. You’re representing your brand and company - people should remember that when in a company vehicle or wearing the company name on their shirt or jacket for that matter.

These people DO NOT PAY THEIR CONSTRACTORS/SUBS! We did a project over a year ago and still have not been paid - DO NOT WORK WITH THEM UNLESS PAID IN ADVANCE! Bruce Wallace and Robert Walker will promise they will pay and not come through!!!!!
