Have Always been Very Impressed with this Restaurant. My Wife and I often go for date night, I meet My cousins and uncle here for lunch and My Daughter and I have Sushi day here, It's The Best 👌

We love the Mandarin, but I'm we sure do miss the Sunday buffet. Our family would get together and enjoy a Sunday afternoon meal there, and with everyone having different likes and taste buds the buffet worked best for us. We still go, just not as often as we used to. The food is delicious no matter what you order.

Really good. Hadn't been in years. Food was tasty and fresh. Best pork fried rice. Bobo platter fro two really really good. Great pad thai. Duck sauce is so good. Drinks are a little pricey but I dont know nany places yhat arent these days. Also, the chocolate fortune cookies are so good!

Mandarin is always consistent. I order from here once every month or so, and the food is always as I expect it to be. The quality is good, nothing is particularly greasy, and the price is reasonable.

I recently had Mandarin cater my Christmas party, and the large order of food was just as good as smaller orders I've placed in the past. I felt the price was reasonable, and the communications around the order were prompt, and the food was ready for pickup when I arrived to get it, and it was still hot.

My family and I had a great experience at the Mandarin restaurant in Reading! We had a surprise 30th birthday party for my sister in their upstairs room that can hold up to 45 people. The room was intimate, private and very clean. The manager Robert was terrific. He knew how to set up a party and worked with us throughout the process. We met with him on several occasions before the party and he was very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. He was also great with working with us to surprise my sister. The night of the party Robert and the rest of the wait staff were friendly, polite and attentive. One of waitresses also helped us untangle our balloons, that we were struggling with while setting up. We had three different packages to pick from in their banquet menu. The food was delicious and the portions were big. They did a great job spreading out the meal throughout the night and did not rush us. If you’re looking for a great place, great service, and excellent food to hold your next function, I would definitely recommend the Mandarin!

The quality of the food is second to none….it’s just that good! He makes everything seamless: from delivery of the food, to setup, to break down, and his team even cleaned up the area. The food was very nice. They have a huge menu and everything we ordered was great. The drinks are really strong. I got a pineapple passion and it was very strong. We had plenty of leftovers to bring home and the wait staff was very nice and quick.

The Mandarin Reading never disappoints. I’ve had sushi from coast to coast and the quality, variety and service at the Mandarin is unsurpassed.

Thank you for being a great manager and having a very nice staff. I had the luncheon for my mother after her funeral at the Mandarin Restaurant, Reading, MA. It was her favorite restaurant. Using your private room and enjoying the most delicious Chinese Food, our family could visit and talk about my mother and how we had all brought her here before or brought her carry out.
Robert, you were so easy to work with preparing this lunch while I live in FL and the funeral was in MA. All of the people RAVED about the food. Thank you for the private room and the ability to meet and eat with family who had not seen each other for a while. Robert, my thanks

We were there on Xmas Day, so they had a limited menu. What we had was very good. Service was a bit lacking. We had to flag down our waitress every time we needed anything, such as water, or another drink. I'd give them another try on a 'non holiday ' to give them the benefit of the doubt on the service. Certainly a very good take out place regardless.

It's expensive but this is some of the dankest Chinese food around. It's a local mainstay for a reason. Outstanding.

Best Asian buffet in the area! Friendly waitress! Great environment! We wish they also had dinner buffers every night rather lunch buffet only.

I needed to place a fairly large catering order for the first time. I reached out to the restaurant, spoke with Robert, and he was nothing but accommodating, clear, and friendly. The food was ready for pick up right when we needed it, packaged perfectly, and it was DELICIOUS! Everyone at work was happy and satisfied by the end of their meal, and gave the restaurant many compliments. I will certainly be back for more!
