PetSmart

It seems like most reviews of this store are either for the wrong location or are strictly about the grooming. I come here frequently with my toddler to get things for our two dogs and also because my kid loves seeing all the animals. A lady named Audrey has helped us out a few times and is very personable and great with my toddler. One time like 6 weeks ago she let us pet a cat. On several occasions she's made recommendations. I remember her, but was shocked when we came in today and she remembered us. With the amount of people that go in there on a daily basis it shows how much the employees value customer service that she made an effort to remember repeat customers.

Always a 5 start place, with or without a pet. Sweet, tender hearted people. Needed a dog nail accessory, and they had 2 and gave advice on which would be better for my needs. Also, doggy daycare and pet training are here.

Clean store and great staff. Very helpful when looking for certain items to fit my pups needs

I volunteer for the kitties, adoption, playing and cleaning the 4 kennels for Saving One Life rescue

The store I clean and popular. More customers than I expected to see and very helpful staff members in the store. Very enjoyable visit.

Consistently a great place to find everything my dog needs. They had a pet adoption day going on today and it was really touching seeing the cute puppies and dogs being rescued by good people. The staff is wonderful at this facility and always very helpful.

Rory did such a great job on my Winter! She is probably the wiggliest dog I’ve ever met, but Rory was super patient with her. Rory listened to exactly how I wanted her trimmed and I am VERY pleased. Thank you!

Sevian is great! He was patient while I chose out my fish and really went out of the way to catch the specific fish I wanted. This PetSmart is clean and well organized. I highly recommend it.

Great stores always find what I need

Happy with the eyebrow and face trim, and nail grinding for my dog at this PetSmart Grooming. I like that I was able to take him same day for this service, (don’t have to wait a month) it took less than 20 mins and they did a good job. The groomer answered all questions. It’s also nice that you can see your dog getting groomed through the glass and from the lobby area. It’s certainly a plus that our dog likes going to the pet store as well. Pricing reasonable, as expected.

They did not let me get a $5 small goldfish for my kid. They said they grow bigger throughout the YEARS and refused the sale. I don't think a little tiny baitfish would have lived THAT long under the care of my littlest son. He was so sad.
So we had to settle on a beta fish. Kinda disappointed but somewhat understandable. It is not like it was this expensive saltwater fish though... 😒 😑

* I was so sad not being able to find my son the Axolotl stuffed animal in stock anymore. He is on the spectrum for Autism and lost his. He is so sad! Kelly at this location (with the Mohawk styled hair) went above and beyond to show she cared. Kelly took time to look it up on the computer to see if other locations have the stuffed animal in stock. She knew that it meant something to us! I'm so impressed and grateful for the extra heart! Thank you Kelly! 😊 *

I was quite pleasantly surprised by the variety and quantity of the particular brand of cat food. I've been having a lot of difficulty since the pandemic, but PetSmart saved the day. Nice staff as well, though I didn't require much interaction.

This happy little chub gives this store and staff two paws way up!

Everyone was so welcoming and sweet to my baby (dog) when I brought her in for her appointment. Haley her groomer held her and gave her so much love that I felt 100% comfortable leaving her there with her. My baby was so happy and looked so adorable after being groomed. I absolutely love this place!

WOW. I couldn’t even wait to get home and post this review. My dog Chuy got groomed by RORY today and WOW, truly exceptional! My little guy has been through a lot of sickness in the past, so his body has changed quite a bit in the last couple years, but Rory made Chuy look almost like the little pup I used to have before he was sick. Beautifully clean, the lines are super even, and I think he even looks a little slimmer ;). I know it’s sappy, but I feel like this hair cut brought life back into him, and myself by extension. I had never visited this location before and now I will definitely return for Rory exclusively. Truly exceptional job. Thank you again!

Very clean store. Well stocked. Had an adoption center for cats. Friendly staff.
