I just love this store!!! The Staff is Amazing!!!

I’ve been here a handful of times over the last few years. I tend to order online as I know my size in my favorite styles. But I like to go into the store, now and then, to try on new styles and touch and experience shoes and bags IRL.

Every time I visit I’m so please with the enthusiasm and positive energy of the staff. Kim and Sam waited on myself and my (adult foster) daughter. They were so accommodating and knowledgeable. It’s so refreshing to deal with a team that truly loves what they do and more so it’s apparent that they love the product too.

Kiddos Rothy’s Team! You made my day as usual.

I was so excited to finally get to the store. The store is beautiful and it was so nice to be able to try shoes on instead of guessing what size I took. Kim waited on me she was, Very pleasant, helpful and patient. She even encourage me to make the most of my experience by trying on both shoes as I sampled a few sizes and styles.
All the employees in the store had great energy and were cheery and welcoming. I was excited to be able to receive a limited addition tote bag as well. I will be back again and again and again!

The ladies there were AMAZING!!! Super sweet and incredibly insightful!!! They took their time with me and helped me try on every single style and more than one size of each of those! They’re all very nice and cheerful. Also, THE SHOES!!! They’re so COMFORTABLE!!! These are BY FAR THE MOST COMFORTABLE FLATS IVE EVER COME ACROSS!!! I am now a forever buyer and will continue to buy more. Please do yourself a favor and give into a little self-care and invest in one of these bad boys! A black flat will go far!!!! And again, so comfortable!!!

Stopped by the store while visiting Boston a few weeks back and let me just tell you the staff were so kind and friendly! Kim was incredibly knowledgable and helpful and offered great advice about fit and style. Plus she was SO FUNNY. I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely come back when in town!

I've visited this store a few times this year and each time I've been blown away by the helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff.

Earlier in the summer, I wanted to get a specific color of Rothy's loafers as groomsmen gifts and tracking down the right sizes was quite difficult. Kim happened to be in the store that day and she went above and beyond in helping me find the shoes just in time for the wedding! She's a rockstar and Rothy's is so lucky to have her as part of the team!

This past weekend I popped in to try on their Chelsea boot and Kim answered all of my questions and helped me choose the perfect size and color. If I could rate my experience 6 stars I would!

Most amazing service! I ordered two pairs online, but couldn’t get my size right. I’m flying back to Singapore in a few days, so I tried on almost all the designs in store to find my best size - and the petite lady with dark hair kindly helped me with advice and trying on so many pairs. Thumbs up 👍

Love the Newbury store! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The area is filled with historic buildings with small stores so they can get very crowded but the staff always does their best even when running around. Yes, there is not a public restroom but none of the boutique stores around there have one.

I love my Rothy’s and wear them everywhere. This was a problem when I got scratched by a squirrel (for real) and got blood all over my white sneakers on vacation. I stopped by Rothy’s on Newbury, and the sale associates were wonderful! They told me all about the care kit for that they had in store, and now my shoes are good as new. You guys are the best!

Had a wonderful experience in the store this evening. Kim was really helpful at finding me my first pair of Rothy’s and explaining the whole concept and care of them. It felt extremely clean and l felt very comfortable in there. I had to wait maybe 10 minutes to get it because they only let two people in at a time, but with it being such a small space, I’m glad they only let two people in. Can’t wait to get more shoes in the future and visit them again.

My husband and I went to the Boston store as its been a dream of mine to visit one of the Rothy's stores. As a suprise my husband said he would buy me a bag for my wedding present. The staff was great and let me try each bag, I fell in love with one but they did not have the color I was thinking about in the store. One of the sale people owned the bag I was considering in the color I loved, they brought out their personal bag and let me try it on. I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it. If not for the exceptional customer support and service I might not have walked out with the bag ordered. Love the store, Love the expeirance, and Love Rothy's vegan line!

The woman who helped me in the store was extremely friendly and helpful, and I am happy to own a nice new pair of non-leather shoes.

I am OBSESSED with Rothy’s and should probably be a brand ambassador lol I tell everyone and everyone about my shoes! I bought the raspberry ones and get so many compliments. I even managed to convince the guys in my building and friend circle to buy a pair!!

Awesome experience visiting the store, specifically with Kim. Above and beyond precautions taken with limiting visitors, socks and gloves. Efficient staff helped quickly and easily with sizing. Really taking care of their customers and clearly the company is taking care of their employees. Can’t wait to shop again!

My wife bought shoes here and loved them. Apparently one of the few physical stores to try their products on. So we made sure to stop by.

Customer service is amazing in this location. Also the design and quality of the shoes are top notch!
