My initial foray into Saint Laurent was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the impeccable service provided by sales associate Jarred. From the moment my husband and I stepped into the store, Jarred's extensive knowledge of the brand's products was evident. His enthusiasm and passion for the craftsmanship and design of each item elevated our shopping experience, as he effortlessly guided us through the collections, offering invaluable insights that ensured we were well-informed about our potential purchases.

What truly set Jarred apart was his genuine and welcoming demeanor. His friendly approach made us feel not just like customers, but valued guests. Jarred took the time to understand our preferences and style, tailoring his recommendations to our tastes. His warmth and sincerity, combined with his expertise, created a comfortable atmosphere that made the entire shopping process enjoyable and stress-free. For months I have been looking for a gourmand perfume that would compliment the cocoa butter I use in my body care. I had been to several shops, I tried Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, online retailers, nothing. I decided, yesterday, to give Saks a try and to see if anyone could help me. I talked to a few employees and then I met Maggie. I told Maggie exactly what I was looking for: no florals, not citrus, no aquatics, not overly sweet, I wanted something dark and that paired well with my body routine. Ms. Maggie was READY to help me!! She showed me several perfumes but it never felt as though she was mindlessly showing me things. She knew what she was doing. She showed perfumes I would have never picked out for myself, things that were loose interpretations of what I was looking for and then Maggie showed me Guerlain. Aside from all of their perfumes being divine, I was also able to meet Kamai. The two of them together are a dream team. I reiterated what I was looking for, told them what I liked of the perfumes they showed me and then Kamai showed me Feve Gourmande by Guerlain. A winner!! Oh my, what a beautiful perfume. The first time I ever smelled something and my eyes rolled to the back of my head.

For months, I had been ignored and overlooked by fragrance associates. If I was serviced, after a few minutes I would be left to shop by myself to figure it out. Maggie and Kamai were nothing like that. They were gracious and kind enough to give me an extra ten minutes of attention. It made me feel so well taken care of and helped me find my next fragrance. From a retail perspective they are what phenomenal customer service is all about. On a human to human level, they were so sweet, enjoyable to be around and made the entire experience worth leaving the house for !! If you are looking for a fragrance go see Maggie and Kamai !!

I want to make a HUGE shout out to Joe Gambino, who helped my partner and myself at the Saks Fifth Avenue men's store. He was absolutely fantastic and made us feel so welcome. He was so funny, charming and genuine. An absolute gem. Thank you so much Joe! You made our trip so memorable and special. We love the pants and shoes! You have great taste and we are going to play the numbers after all your wonderful stories.

Today, I had an absolutely incredible interaction with Lisa who works in the online returns department on the second floor. She greeted me with a smile and immediately apologized for the wait, as there were several other people in front of me. She carefully listened to my concerns about a product which I felt had a significant defect and problem. After reviewing my options with me, she offered a solution which left me as feeling fantastic. Honestly, it was one of the most refreshing and pleasant interactions I’ve had at a retail store in over a decade. Once we wrapped up the transaction, she expressed her appreciation for my business which I greatly valued. It was a textbook example of perfect customer service from start to finish. I will return to Saks once again directly as the result of my interaction with Lisa. She is an absolute asset to the team and left me feeling very satisfied. Thank you for your kindness Lisa!

I was not sure what skincare products to get but Tania helped me find my perfect skincare(La Mer)! She was so kind and knowledgeable and hopefully my skin will improve but it feels softer already. Thanks!

While I can’t speak for the rest of the store, this review is specifically for the two ladies working in the Prada section this evening, July 5. I bought a pair of Prada Sunglasses in Italy a week ago that already broke. While they couldn’t fix them, they were EXTREMELY helpful in trying to resolve the problem and put me in contact with the right people from Luxotica to repair them. I’d buy anything those ladies wanted to sell me because, their customer service skills were over the top.

Variety of fashion products from well know brands provided here. That lady staff is very helpful to guide you in shopping here.

Had an awesome experience at Prada in the store. Both Connor and Ronnie were super helpful with buying the bag I ended up leaving with. I spoke with Connor about ordering the bag to the store and he was lovely to communicate with. And Ronnie had so much patience when I was having issues with my debit card. Overall a super pleasant experience.

After leaving Neiman’s decided to pop in the Longchamp women’s handbag section after a long Saturday at work, Anthony did an excellent job and helped me select a new Longchamp women’s handbag .
Unfortunately it wasn’t on sale for
friends & family but the whole customer service was sincere, professional and refreshing, he seemed genuinely interested in helping me. What a relief!!

If you have felt unwelcome at this Saks, or discouraged by the reviews, I urge you to seek out Porche on the 2nd floor at the desk near the Montcler boutique. She has a down to earth warmth and kindness that will make you feel less alien here, I promise! Na, who does alternations, is wonderful as well.

Went to Saks and had a great conversation with Maggie, who took me on a tour of the fragrances and gave me some samples at the end. The store was very nice and Maggie was a 10/10 sales lady.

Absolutely fantastic customer service by Francine Judd. Extremely accommodating, stylish and professional. Willing to go above and beyond to cater to her client’s preferences. I would not ask for anyone else but her!

This review is specifically for Larry in fragrances who is an absolute love. I specifically buy from him whenever I need anything. He has quite a following for his great/attentive service - he can help with products throughout cosmetics too. Even when I'm in a different area of the department, I'll say I'm Larry's customer and his colleagues always share how much they enjoy working with him.
The service in the rest of the store is hit or miss, I would say 3 stars. I've had some great and not so great experiences within the various handbag vendors. The service in shoes is pretty good. The store has great selection and product, if they could improve the consistency of experience, that would go a long way. In the meantime, I'm grateful for Larry!
