SameDay Auto Glass

We took our car to SameDay Auto Glass at 13985 SW Tualatin-Sherwood Rd #100, in Sherwood to have the windshield replaced.

We chose them after my wife had done some research on shops to use. She really liked what they had to offer regarding time, price, customer service, etc.

The company owner, Leslie, is super friendly and knowledgeable and is there on site to help with any questions.

Excellent job done!

The shop is nestled in with other auto businesses, so the easiest way I think of the location is that it shares an entrance with the U-Haul company there.

The great thing is that the car really needed some detailing so we got an estimate and are using a business right in that same strip.

Chose this place based on some reviews I read, they're affordability, and turn around time. I always recommend people to this place in a state where car break-ins is like a daily thing. Quality worl at affordable prices.

I had an amazing experience at SameDay Auto Glass. There were very helpful at directing me through the process and getting me the right service. They got me in on short notice and at a very reasonable price. The work they did was excellent and I will be using them again!

The office and shop staff were very pleasant and helpful. They were able to see me the same day I called and serviced my vehicle quickly while I used their wifi and comfortable waiting area to continue working and not miss a beat. Thank you, team, for your cheerful service!

I dropped off an Uber Eats delivery & asked for advice about my driver window that went down & never came back up. Leslie & Willy took my car in and worked on it out the kindness of their hearts. These people are amazing!!!

So I called and Leslie set me up an appointment the next day. I am a traveler and was staying at Champoeg State Heritage Campground for a few days and it poured so much rain that water started dripping all over the inside. They got the windshield the next day, installed it and Willy found another leak in the roof and fixed that as well.

I could not have been more impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of this location. The owner Leslie and her partner Will stated it would take an hour and a half and they took less than 45 minutes. I'm a stickler on perfection and she and her partner went above and beyond to make me a happy camper. I called three businesses that dealt with windshield replacements and they came in 2/3 less than speedy auto glass.

Everyone there was very helpful and polite. Willy did an amazing job with my windshield replacement, got me all setup and going right away.

Had someone smash out my passenger window. Called SameDay Auto, and Leslie was able to get me in no more than 24 hours later. Took only an hour on a Friday, and was done at an affordable price that beat even other independent stores in the area. Highly recommend this service if you ever need it.

EDIT: I never updated, but a week later, my Portland luck lead to my the rear right window being smashed out later. Same, consistent experience. Again, cannot recommend these guys enough.

I'm getting my windshield replaced, and they are awesome! Leslie was on it! She has a smile on her face the whole time! She showed me my windshield, and showed me how they are a little different. Leslie was very helpful, friendly and professional from the first time I contacted her at Same Day Auto Glass. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, went out of the way to accommodate me and also gave me the best price out of three other companies! I also experienced an uncommon trust between a business and a client. She trusted me and ordered the windshield without payment, set up the late day appointment, the technician finished the job, and she was OK with waiting for payment until the next day. I will always recommend Same Day Auto Glass to all of my Family & Friends.

My schedule was limited and I needed to get this windshield replaced the same day. After calling all the big names in the auto glass world with no luck on same day service, I stumbled across this shop on a Google search. Not only did I get a real person on the phone immediately, Leslie was able to quickly check on the availability of the glass I needed. When she quoted me a price, she was well below all of the big name quotes I got.

They were able to get me in right away if I was willing to make the 80 mile drive from home to Sherwood.

Excellent customer service and superb workmanship. Bobby even noticed my headliner starting to come down (except for the push pins I had holding it in place) and fixed the headliner for me for FREE!

I would HIGHLY recommend this shop. Very friendly local family business with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.

It’s my first time replacing my windshield (Beetle 2019). I chose this place because of their high rating and they definitely deserve this rating.
They are very patient with all the customers. Leslie answered all my questions and showed me all the options on fixing the windshield. They are very professional the whole time. My windshield now is as clear as before.

I highly recommend Bobby and Leslie. My back windshield was shattered last Friday and it needed to be replaced. We called several businesses and found SpeedyGlass who offered the best sounding deal even though we had to wait 3 days and rent a car so I could go to work. When the technician came to our house, he brought the windshield without the molding and said that they have to order the molding from a dealer it turned out we would have have to wait an other several days and it would have cost way more than they quoted us originally even though we explained exactly what kind of car we needed it for. We found SameDay Glass in Sherwood who not only did the job immediately and for less than the original price we were going to spend but provided outstanding customer service. They are friendly, professional and fast. Treated us like family. I would use their service in a heartbeat before calling anyone else.

Wow. Really hard to describe how helpful they were. When my car was busted into and the window smashed I didn't really know what to do because it was after hours of any shop, but Leslie responded to my quote request even though they weren't open. They were extremely accommodating given that I work during the day in Portland and wasn't able to be there during normal hours. They fixed my window AND cleaned up all the glass from the break in for hundreds less than I could find anywhere else. One of the best experiences.

Highly recommended. I sent an email for a quote at 7:30 am this morning. I had a call within 10 mins. The owners came and picked up the car for me, replaced the window and returned the car in under 6 hours and the price was very reasonable. Other places were higher in price and said it would take days or even a week to get the window fixed and now my son's car is done and I can get mine back. I wish all businesses had this level of customer service and the owners are terrific people and really go out of their way to help.
