DXL Big + Tall

Super helpful and quick service in store. They listened to what I was looking to get for the wedding and were not pushy in selling me unnecessary items for the outfit. Came away with a shirt, vest, belt, and socks at a competitive price. Will definitely be going back and would not hesitate to share my experience with people I knew.

Dawn the Assistant Manager provided excellent customer service through the functions of returning, shopping, trying on, & ordering products.

There was a big selection for my size range. The staff were attentive and helpful, finding additional choices. Some brands like Polo were not inexpensive, but you get enough quality cloth to rig the mast of a sailing ship

Shopping isn't bad when there are choices that actually fit. Melinda was amazing. I tried on a bunch of things I liked from the catalog, but in the end I really liked the look she put together that I hadn't even considered. I'm very happy with the results.

She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every way I could imagine. She was also very nice and laughed at all my lame jokes. A very positive experience.

Melinda I believe was her name, was warm and welcoming even being the only rep in a busy store, she got what I needed ordered and even helped with suggestions for new work shirts. My boss is a long time customer and I can see why with service like hers. Will be back for many more shopping trips as long as she remains at the store. I’ve never had someone so helpful and calm despite having a busy day in retail, most appear flustered and quick but she was fantastic. Thank you DXL for the experience with the clothes I needed and such a great person behind the counter.

I was warmly greeted upon entering the store. I was given the open offer to ask any questions, and it did not feel like the employee Don, was saying it in a forced manner. The store itself was remarkably well put together. It was clean, organized, and the interior was built as if a great deal of time and effort went into its construction. The selection of items was abundant, and the location allowed for ample parking. I had an enjoyable experience.

Excellent variety of styles and sizes. The customer service was excellent. I walked in for one item and found many more needed items that were a fantastic addition to his wardrobe. I spent about 10 minutes in the store and the sales associate was able to pull me exactly what I was looking for each time I mentioned needing something else. I would highly recommend this store for any masculine dressing person who needs larger or taller sizes.

If you need clothes for men (big OR TALL) this place makes it easy! Expect to find something that fits nicely and works. Good helpful staff. Shop in the store to establish your brands and sizes. Then shop online for additional discounts.

We were treated with the utmost respect and helped me find the correct size of shirts and didn't talk down to us because of our size like most big stores do. Really like the large selections available I so far, I believe they are quality produces. Thanks for having a store like this!

Excellent service from Melinda who was kind and helpful towards us when my son needed to look his best. Very good selection of quality clothing in sizes impossible to find at almost all clothing store franchises.

I am always very satisfied with the attention and service I receive; when I go to this location. The young lady I worked with today listened and hears what I wanted. She was cared about all of the things I did for my purchase needs. Melinda was incredibly helpful! She made a potentially difficult shopping experience so much better than it could have been. The young man I was with was really discouraged about weight gain, but he left confident and looking great! Thank you so much for being there, as amazon shopping had become incredibly annoying, and he really needed to see and try on product in the store. Great customer service and nice range of products for bigger guys.

Had everything A Big and Tall man would need ever since they closed the big and tall store... Outstanding service, had exactly what I needed and great prices. Even managed to get measured up to make my sizes were what they should have been or close. Also heard they have a tailor or seem stress which wasn't available today in Saturday, but still very nice to be able to make adjustments. Loved it. Will be back...

They make me feel important when I walk through the door. The clothes are nice, really nice. It's pricey, I will admit, but if you are a regular customer they hit you with a lot of coupons. I've also found that the clothes I get here last a lot longer than the clothes I used to get, so I have actually saved money in the end.
