I would like to start of by saying, a thousand thank you to Carl. This was my first home purchase and it took a while to find the right home and Carl was patient and understanding through it all. Communication was on point and Carl did everything he could to get us quickly into our new home. And to have a broker who takes the time to understand what your looking for and make this experience as smooth as possible, I couldn’t ask for a better person. To him it’s not about the commission but all about seeing a family happy in their new home, and I truly couldn’t ask for a better broker. Thank you again!

This Realtor/Broker is such a nice guy. I used him twice, once selling my home and he got be over asking by a lot which I wasn’t expecting at all. Also helped me buy my new house and he worked with the other realtor and negotiated a unheard of price in that neighborhood. I consider him a very good friend now. He keeps in contact with me just to see how I am and if I’m happy. He’s taking me out a few times just to take me out, after the closings which usually once a realtor sells you barely hear back from them. He also helped me rent out my in-law suite for more then I thought I should get which was really sweet. Carl is amazing in every way. Best realtor I dealt and will always deal with. If your looking to buy, sell, etc… don’t look further. I assure you this is your man for anything to do with properties. Also i call him for referrals on home improvements and he always has great trustworthy people to come help me and they are always significantly cheaper then the other quotes I’ve gotten. Excellent Agent in my opinion, very knowledgeable and active during the whole house buying process, excellent source of information about the how to make an excellent deal and pros/cons of any decision making. I met Carl back in 2018 when I was thinking of selling one of my rental properties. I decided not to sell at the time. Fast forward to June of this year and I knew it was the right time to sell and also that Carl was the right person to get it done. He listed it on a Friday, had an open house with 27 prospective buyers on the following Monday and an over asking contract signed 2 days later.
