A&B Burgers - Beverly

We went when there was live jazz one evening, the server asked if I wanted anchovies oh my Caesar I declined but later I was curious. The server brought me out anchovies. And I ate them with my chocolate milkshake. One of the best nights ever.

I’ve been coming to A&B Burger for years with my family. The food is always good, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is inviting. Today I took a large group from work over for lunch. We had 13 people total, and our server Alex did an amazing job accommodating our party and being patient with everyone’s requests while providing outstanding service! The current manager, Shannon, is always so warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home. Thanks to all the staff for always providing a wonderful experience for your guests!

UPDATE: went back again and gave it another shot. The owner was amazing and personally addressed our concerns. Tonight was wonderful the place was packed we had a super nice server and everything was prompt and delicious!! Thanks so much for giving us a great experience!! We’ll be back soon!!

Food was good! But it took 45 min to get the food to our table and the place wasn't even half full. The waitress was inattentive at best. She came to ask how our food was and it wasn't there, she said that she would check and never returned. After about 10 min our food finally showed up. No apologies for the lateness of the food or the lack of service. All in all, it took us 1.5 hours to get two burgers, one being a veggie burger, no apps, no drinks, just two burgers and two fountain drinks. In addition we walked past several dirty tables, there was music that had been playing when we walked in and I just stopped, the bar was a mess. I'm thinking we will do carry out if we go to A&B again.

I went in for an early dinner quick bite and sat at the bar, I was pleasantly greeted by the new bar manager, Shannon who made some great suggestions. I tried her new drink Moon magic and she chatted with me for a bit and recommended the slider flight since I couldn't decide on any 1 burger. Her friendliness and overall attention to detail (while she was training another girl) was remarkable! The atmosphere was super cool and the place had a great vibe flowing. I have to say, best food and drinks I've had in a while, and reasonable prices. I will definitely be back very soon.

Good food and even better drinks, but the best thing about this place is the service. You know how there are so many places now that hire servers that don't really give a s#@t about the customer's experience? Well, this place is NOT like that. From the moment you enter until the moment you leave, it is a pleasant experience thanks to the attention and competency of their staff. Btw, get the sangria.

Non Gluten-free enjoyed just as much! Had hamburger and chicken parmesan. Will definitely be returning!

Our waiter Shay was attentive and made sure we had what we needed. He was concerned about our delay in food due to a scheduled event and had the manager check in with us. Highly recommend the Royale with cheese!

Shea wasn’t excellent server. He took great care of us. I’m glad he informed us that the hangover burger could still be made even though it was not on the new menu. Super happy about that!

The wait staff was super friendly and the food was excellent! The holiday decorations were really awesome as well. This place filled up fast!

Always a solid burger and great service. Family-friendly and free kid meals on Saturdays in November. Plenty of room for strollers too!

Awesome burgers and great fries. This restaurant hasn't skipped a beat ever since it moved from Salem. This is a great place to grab a burger and a craft beer. There is a great atmosphere here. It's a well designed space, very clean, and usually hopping. The owners take great pride in their menu - the food here is very good quality. The servers are usually very good as well.

Our whole experience at A&B was excellent, from the service to the salmon fish. My blood orange margarita, which was tasty to begin with, was made even more exceptional by adding mezcal at the recommendation or our server. Mikey P, thank you. It definitely made our day! Cheers.

They have gluten free options and are sensitive to someone who has a gluten allergy. Michael, the manager, went above and beyond to fix an order placed over the phone and even delivered the order himself to Beverly Hospital. Really impressive customer service.
