Very nice place! Would definitely stay here again! Hot breakfast was amazing! And so many other options for breakfast. The ladies 'serving' the breakfast were so sweet and friendly! Really enjoyed our stay!

This BW Hotel, the Wayfarer, is amazing! Will definitely return. Very high quality, delicious breakfast with multiple protein and fresh fruit options, as well as waffle maker, cereal, juices, yogurts, etc. Breakfast area and rooms are very roomy and well-lit, particularly in contrast to most other BW hotels. More towels, garbage receptacles, and room-sized fridge and freezer for the ice packs in our coolers. Very gracious staff. Well done! Note, there is another BW close by, apparently under different ownership.

This was a lovely experience! Had some trouble booking and calling for reservations at nearby hotels, but the ladies at the front desk were more than happy to just let us walk-in and book here. The woman we made our reservation with was so kind and detail oriented, she even recommended a restaurant for us to stay at. The room was lovely with extremely comfortable beds. Amenities also included a mini fridge and coffee maker, as well as a walk-in shower for my handicapped grandmother who was with me on this trip- the shower also had a fold-down seat for her ease. I utilized their fitness center during our stay, it was small, well kept, and had a few machines such as a treadmill, elliptical, weighted arm trainer with different examples of how to utilize to exercise different muscles. The fitness center is locked the same way as your hotel room would be for extra safety assurance. In the morning they had a full breakfast with lots of variety. This is a lovely hotel and would definitely stay again if I was in the area!

Nestled beneath the Arizona sun, the Best Western Plus A Wayfarer's Inn and Suites presented an intriguing dichotomy that piqued my curiosity and beckoned a stay, promising a balance between rustic charm and modern convenience. My sojourn within this two-star sanctuary left me with a wealth of impressions that merit articulate exploration.

Upon crossing the threshold, one is greeted by an ambiance that seamlessly marries the old-world allure with a dash of contemporary flair. The lobby, adorned with subdued hues and embellished with subtle southwestern motifs, creates an atmosphere that is both welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. A courteous concierge, with a demeanor steeped in hospitality, ushered me into a world where simplicity meets sophistication.

The accommodations, while modestly bestowed with the designation of two stars, defied expectations and proved to be a haven of comfort. The room, albeit not opulent, exuded an understated elegance. The tasteful furnishings and soothing color palette contributed to an environment that felt more like a cocoon than a mere resting place. A bed, laden with plump pillows and adorned with crisp linens, beckoned for repose after a day of exploring the arid landscapes that define Arizona's allure.

Despite its unassuming exterior, the Best Western Plus A Wayfarer's Inn and Suites unveiled a gastronomic surprise that surpassed the ordinary expectations of a two-star establishment. The on-site dining facility, a culinary gem in its own right, crafted a melange of flavors that danced upon the palate with finesse. From breakfast delights to evening repasts, the culinary team succeeded in elevating the dining experience beyond the commonplace, leaving an indelible mark on my gastronomic journey.

In the realm of amenities, the hotel unfurled a tapestry of offerings that catered to both leisure and business travelers. The fitness center, though compact, boasted state-of-the-art equipment that allowed for a satisfying workout. The azure waters of the pool, set against the backdrop of the arid Arizona landscape, offered a refreshing respite, inviting guests to bask in the sun-drenched serenity.

However, the jewel in the crown of this establishment is undeniably its staff. In a hospitality landscape where service can be perfunctory, the personnel at the Best Western Plus A Wayfarer's Inn and Suites defied stereotypes. Each staff member, from housekeeping to management, exhibited a commitment to guest satisfaction that transcended the limitations of a two-star rating. Their unwavering dedication transformed a sojourn into an experience, leaving me with a sense of gratitude for the often-overlooked art of genuine hospitality.

Yet, it would be remiss not to acknowledge the shadows that occasionally marred this oasis. The two-star designation, while reflective of the hotel's affordability, hinted at certain limitations. The room, while comfortable, bore signs of wear that bespoke the passage of time. The echoes of dated furnishings and occasional maintenance oversights hinted at a need for rejuvenation.

The paradox of this establishment lies in its ability to weave an enchanting tapestry despite the frayed edges. The Best Western Plus A Wayfarer's Inn and Suites, with its two-star façade, transcends the ordinary and stands as a testament to the notion that true value often lies beyond the superficial trappings of stars.

In conclusion, my sojourn at the Best Western Plus A Wayfarer's Inn and Suites in Arizona was an odyssey defined by contrasts. It is a symphony of comfort and antiquity, a culinary haven amidst arid landscapes, and a bastion of heartfelt hospitality in a sea of stars. While it may not bear the weighty insignia of a higher star rating, its charm lies in the unpretentious embrace of its limitations, offering a unique and authentic experience that leaves an indelible mark on the wanderer's soul.

My friend and I arrived here late at night, without a booking, due to safety concerns at another motel in the area. The front staff were absolutely excellent and put us both at ease. The service was top notch, beds were comfortable, breakfast was great and there are lifts to assist with taking baggage up to the second floor. Fantastic stay - massive shout out to the front staff.

Excellent staff, front desk and breakfast attendants. Rooms were good. Fridge, ice machine, coffee, comfortable bed. They have two 220V Tesla chargers meaning you can leave in the morning with a full battery. Most appreciated! Pool was clean, relatively long for doing laps, and deep. Restaurants across the street were passable, barely. But overall, can't get better in Kingman on a Sunday!

Not sure why there's also a Best Western right across the street, which is more expensive and (at least IMHFO) is no visually nicer than the Wayfarers Inn & Suites. The staff is helpful and conversational, the WIFI is fast, the layout of the hotel means that you're almost assured a parking spot right in front of your room (a big plus for motorcycle touring), and there is an enclosed (as in: indoors) hot tub. The morning breakfast is one of the better ones I've had at Best Westerns; in terms of options, taste, fresh, etc. Also, while I've only stayed here twice, each time i saw law enforcement cars parked in the lot; as if they're staying here too. Which is also great for those who've had break-ins and/or had methies strip bungie cords off their motorbikes (at other hotels, in other places).

Update 2024: I pass through this area for work or leisure a few times a year. This remains my favorite Best Western hotel anywhere. The staff is consistently outstanding. The entire property is spotless. The rooms are well-appointed and the beds are heavenly. The breakfast is the absolute best you'll ever have in a Best Western.

My friends and I stay at this hotel twice each year for a group motorcycle trip. The hotel is very comfortable: nice rooms, great beds, quiet, clean, excellent amenities. The hotel quality alone makes for a great value. But what really sets this place apart is the consistent 100% outstanding service by the nicest people!

Extremely nice and helpful staff. Free breakfast was actually good. Rooms were nice clean and well laid out. Hour and half drive to Vegas about the same to Grand canyon West. With about 1/10 of a cost of a room in Vegas on Saturday night now.

If all Best Western's were this nice, we'd be members. Here, the owners have thought of everything. Clean rooms, quiet air, lovely breakfast with all the extras. Congrats on your vision. You should hold a seminar on how to do it right. And, thank you.

This is an older motel that has been updated. Staff we came into contact with were all friendly and helpful. A very well kept breakfast area with a good selection of great food.

This was a stop on our way through, but it's one of the nicest BW I've stayed at! Great room decor, clean, nice white lightbulbs that brightened the room perfectly, quiet (even with a train across the street behind buildings) and GREAT staff. One of the ladies at breakfast was sooo sweet! Always smiling, friendly, helpful, and even took our dirty plates as we sat there. We thanked her and she said "my pleasure", and it's the first time I actually believed that response from anyone! Great Mexican food restaurant right across the street for dinner.

I was there as the first night of a 7-night trip. This is by far the best stay of the trip. Things are all the way they are supposed to be. The bed is much more comfortable than mine at home. It is probably memory foam.
The breakfast provides ample choices. I like the watermelon among other fruits. The shower has ample water flow. The check in was efficient as we arrived after 11pm. It made a good start for our trip.

This place was fantastic! The staff were professional and courteous. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. They have a hot tub and pool. Convenient ice machines and vending. A fitness center. Guest laundry that was extremely well priced. I highly recommend this hotel.

We have stayed in some older Best Western hotels recently and they have been so great.
The Best Western A Wayfarer's inn was clean, cozy and felt secure and comfortable.
We stayed in room 123, the bed was comfortable and room clean.
The bathroom was modest with a great shower/tub and soft fluffy towels.
Staff were super friendly, polite and welcoming.
The next time we need to stay in Kingman, this will be our place.
Thank you for a comfortable place to stay!

The room is spacious, comfy beds, super clean. A real mini fridge with a real freezer. Breakfast awesome choices. The owner’s dad built the hotel in 1973 but he had amazing foresight to build a great place. Rooms have been renovated to today’s standards. Great place - great price
